2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Danny Rodriguez in finance was both friendly and efficient, making the final steps of the purchase smooth and stress-free. I purchased an X5, and I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars! My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!
2023 Nissan Murano review
I recommend the car and the store I purchased my car (and my husband too) from. After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. Buying a car after a bad experience can be difficult, but this team truly restored my confidence. 2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.

2020 Nissan Murano review
I bought this car right after I lost my husband. Being a senior widow, I wanted something I felt safe and secure driving. It's been 4 months and I am still thankful for the decision I made. I get 29.6 mpg which is amazing considering I have put nearly 5,000 miles on it. At the dealership everything passed inspection and oil change with flying colors. They are so kind and helpful there and I feel I can trust them completely to service my car. I wouldn't change a thing about this beautiful SUV. A pleasure to own and drive.

Seeing over the hood is difficult and on left and right the way its designed. I have been up on curbs more than not. Unless, redesigned would not buy again. The navigation screen is hard to see.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!
2019 Nissan Murano review
This is one of the most comfortable vehicles we have ever owned and we’ve had a lot of new vehicles, trucks , convertibles, etc. even our little Maltese loves it.. She has plenty of room to run and play. That heated seats are amazing. The cabin area is large and comfortable the seats Are like sitting on your couch at home. We love this car.

2020 Nissan Murano review
I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

2017 Nissan Murano review
I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

2023 Nissan Murano review
Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs
