I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

My car was in service for engine replace. My advisor Jerry Jones had a loaner vehicle available for me. They also made sure the repairs were covered under my warranty. Each time I take my vehicle to Herrin gear, I always ask for Jerry.. Jerry will answer my calls or respond back timely. He always makes my service appointments smooth and convenience. Even when there is a simple service appointment like oil change and tire rotation, he makes sure valet gets and returns my vehicle to me before I leave work. I have never dealt with professional people like Jerry and my multi buy salesperson Terrance before. Terrance makes sure I get the car I want and makes sure I have the best deal..
