Used INFINITI QX50 LUXE for sale near Lansing, IL

This review is about my service advisor, LaToya. The customer service she provided me with was extraordinary! From the moment that she first made contact with me about my vehicle, she was very considerate and prompt. LaToya is a great asset to Infiniti, with her remarkable knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and personality. I highly recommend LaToya, as your service advisor, to anyone getting a vehicle serviced at Orland Park Infinti. She addressed all of my concerns and questions in a timely and gracious manner. "THANK YOU, LATOYA!" The actual service of my vehicle was 'Below' my expectations ( 2 stars).

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

My fiancé and I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a car we had seen online that we were very interested in (something we haven’t done in over 10 years!). Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

So far so good...Still getting to know my new car. Will be driving it around town and can really see the ride. Wish my trunk space was a little bit larger...

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

did the online application and was approved. I didn't have a ride to the dealership but they were kind enough to send me an uber on their expense. That's what I call amazing staff. Sure enough I left the lot in my new whip. Thanks Baha Auto!

Best car I ever had I love my 2020 qx50 I’ve owned volvo, Audi,Lexus . This one has been the most fun reliable and head turning . Very comfortable for my back issues.

Car is beautiful inside, has all the bells and whistles… and best of all a panoramic sunroof!! Luxury at a reasonable price and unlike those European cars, won’t be spending all its time in the repair shop!

I’ve driven it 10 miles. I traded a 2019 of the same model. My favorite car of all time. Great performance, no mechanical issues ever. Fun to drive. Infinitis more like European handling. Sportier drive, not floaty. I love to ‘drive’ a car.
