The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Very helpful & responsive to my requests for further information! Accommodated my car inspector and transport company seamlessly. Accomodated my request to pay by wire transfer rather than overnighting a cashiers check. Their accounting & documentation department could be a little more timely. I bought sight unseen which requires some degree of faith and trust, but car arrived as described and relatively clean. Considering we were both in the midst of a winter storm, the transaction went fairly smoothly. Kudos to Hypatia and Oz!

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.

We were completely satisfied with our purchase of an Audi Q3 mediated by Michael Hallahan. He had mediated our purchase of another make car at a different dealership. Car is beautiful inside, has all the bells and whistles… and best of all a panoramic sunroof!! Luxury at a reasonable price and unlike those European cars, won’t be spending all its time in the repair shop!

I bought the now six year old 2017 QX50 with 47k miles on it. ( I paid 15k USD). Aside from having to replace the radiator, ( I knew it going in) it's an awesome car! It drives and handles like a sports car. It definitely doesn't sip gas, but you have to let the big dog eat! The interior is on point with a luxury feel, but if you're thing is an awesome infotainment system , this isn't the car for you. This car is all about the driving experience. The engine has plenty of power and the transmission shifts nicely. It's not the quietest cabin when driving, but that's why it has a decent sound system. This car is made for those who want a sports car drive, without the sports car price! ( This has the same engine and setup as the 370Z). For me, this car checks all the boxes for performance and drivability. I love driving this car and would recommend it.
