I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I bought the now six year old 2017 QX50 with 47k miles on it. ( I paid 15k USD). Aside from having to replace the radiator, ( I knew it going in) it's an awesome car! It drives and handles like a sports car. It definitely doesn't sip gas, but you have to let the big dog eat! The interior is on point with a luxury feel, but if you're thing is an awesome infotainment system , this isn't the car for you. This car is all about the driving experience. The engine has plenty of power and the transmission shifts nicely. It's not the quietest cabin when driving, but that's why it has a decent sound system. This car is made for those who want a sports car drive, without the sports car price! ( This has the same engine and setup as the 370Z). For me, this car checks all the boxes for performance and drivability. I love driving this car and would recommend it.

Spur of the moment call to dealer while visiting my daughter. Explained strange humming sound in my vehicle. Service said they had an opening they could take a look at it. Scott took all information, and let us know we had an extended warranty, which we didn’t know. He gave us possible out of pocket costs up front. We left the vehicle and received a call not long after, the issue had been diagnosed, repaired and the car ready for pickup. OMG the service at this dealership is amazing. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

Best car I ever had I love my 2020 qx50 I’ve owned volvo, Audi,Lexus . This one has been the most fun reliable and head turning . Very comfortable for my back issues.

I was away for work, and my wife called and told me our vehicle was making a loud noise. We had AAA tow it to Burlington Volkswagen. Flo told my wife they couldn’t get to it until the next day. Flo called and told my wife they were going to also work on a recall item for my vehicle. When they checked the vehicle, Flo told my wife the catalytic converter was cracked, and they were sent photos to VW since it was related to the recall. Burlington VW was in constant contact with my wife every step of the way keeping us informed on what was going on. Flo called back and said VW was going to cover everything. VW Burlington went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and to get VW to pay for it since it was related to the recall. The whole team was awesome, Flo at the service counter, the service manager and technicians. I have had a hard time trusting a dealer, but VW was phenomenal. We could have not asked for better service. My faith in dealers was restored. Thanks for great service!!!

We only got our Infinity 3 months ago, but enjoy it vey much! We will change Mud & snow tires off it soon in hopes of lowering road noise

I purchased my QX50 Infiniti (Black) a year ago. I love it. It rides so nice. No issues... perfect...It is just the right size for me. I added crossbars (at the dealer) and have deck hands to transport my kayak. I cannot be happier...

Prices are upfront - if they say $17,900, it really is $17,900. No “add this, add that.” The cars are in good condition too. It’s not one of those places where every second car needs a new suspension right away.

The vehicle is somewhat underpowered, would have been better served with the stronger, 3 liter twin turbo that comes in the Q50 (my wife has this vehicle). Also, the heated outside mirrors should be STANDARD equipment, this more important than apple car play or illuminated kick plates.

The best staff and customer service! Get rid of the AI bot answering the phone. Totally screwed up my appt. I received a text with my appointment but my name was not on the list.

Love the color and feel how it drives. It is a beautiful car and very happy with. Definite upgrade from my Nissan versa plus my husband bought one day before also.
