The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!
Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I like the car overall. But, I wish it has an automatic trunk opener and that the console is roomier. Also, the glove compartment could be a little bit bigger.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Infiniti QX50 is outstanding. Quick, smooth, luxurious, comfortable, beautiful. Everything a car should be. Great value for the money. Other cars are ok, but this one is exceptional.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I saw this vehicle at a car show and could not wait until it became available to purchase. Absolutely enjoy that it is a crossover with luxury features and although it is 4 cylinder it is powerful and is a very solid car. Very pleased and happy I waited.
I had to take my FX35 into the service department to fix an issue with my car. The issue required my vehicle to stay there for several days. Mr. Holstein was professional, courteous and resourceful in assisting me resolve this issue with my vehicle. He was patient with me regarding my questions and requests. Great guy, really personable and got the job done.

Car has stalled dead on me three times so far. They have updated software , changed parts, yet it suddenly goes dead in the middle of driving. So un reliable

Excellent overall. Apple Car play would have been helpful, but the rest is excellent! Drive is very smooth, seats are very comfortable. Audio excellent. Stylish!
