For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

This car has survived two cross country drives in two years. We are in our 70’s so comfort and reliability are king. It gets great marks for comfort....we would probably not have been able to walk after a long drive in our previous vehicle. Two critisims: The rear gate should be electric like 99.9% of other comparable vehicles. Second, we keep dropping stuff in the opening between the seat and the console. There needs to be some kind of covering. Or the console needs to be wider. [Dont mess with the seats; they are great!@]

As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Had a warranty issue with my car and the service manager was very fair on the costs and labor of the replacement parts. Communication and knowledge of the issue was undeniably honest.

I had the good fortune to work with Michael Payne who was not only very professional but very knowledgeable. He is so familiar with all the bells and whistles that come with the car that he was able to answer all my many questions and help me understand how everything works. I highly recommend him.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.
