I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
When I walked in I was greeted by very nice well mannered men. I was walked to my destination. Everyone who I came in contact with greeted me with the warmest smile. Blake was very informative and made me understand the importance of my money spent. I was offered water. Upon leaving the office I had to remove my dealer tag to an install on the Infiniti. Out of nowhere a gentleman came OUTSIDE to assist me. We couldn’t make it work I was pulled into the shop. At that time EVERY ONE who wasn’t busy came to assist me. This is the type of treatment that I was born to have. I didn’t know that 1st class service even existed anymore. I’m a Porche driver. I’m definitely switching to infinity for my personal vehicle. It doesn’t get any better then this. I see why Infiniti Is forever
My M35x was serviced for an oil change and recall replacement on June 20, 2017. I received excellent service as usual. The staff's very personable; they make a person feel like family. They know me well (not that I 've had many repairs) and it feels good to know Adrian and Jerry always make me feel as if the best of the best service is being provided. I can't remember the lady's name who completed my loaner car transaction, well, she was awesome too. She always put me in a nice model that has me thinking of getting that newer model and then reality sets in and I realize my M35x is older but reliable. It has been really good to me so I shall drive it until the wheels fall off.
