Victor Pena has proven to be the best, most customer service oriented, knowledgable, responsive, courteous and thorough service rep I have ever dealt with, across several hi-end dealerships and brands! Follow-up discussion and email exchange with Service Director Victor Burgos, was thorough, pleasant, friendly (as if I knew him for years) and very thoughtful and helpful - great guy it seems. I have found a new vehicle which we are super impressed with (in fact impressed with entire line ) after having purchased 2 Jaguars, 5 BMWs and 6 MBnzs in most recent past. Found a great dealership with Infiniti of Nashua (better in every regard than Kelly where I orig purchased the QX60)...so much so, that I purchased a 2019 QX50 for my wife Dorothy (she absolutely loves it). Sales consultant Scott Sokoloff is excellent, diligent, great knowledge and follow-thru and when next comes around, I hope to work with him. Dave Gerardi, sales mgr, was superb to deal with, negotiate fairly and honestly, a gentleman and a professional - he made the QX50 deal happen. Likewise, dealing with Steve Sokoloff, Finance Mgr, made the typical less enjoyable finance matter (both vehicles were purchased) a pleasant experience, and out of the norm for us, we purchased additional coverage, good work Steve!
