I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

Very comfortable car, we were worry that it would be underpowered but it's not. Great car, roomy and smooth drive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small suv.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

I drive an hour to get there. The best surprise when I arrived for service. The epitome of excellent customer care, what a SURPRISE, Mr. J Tipton. He is back in the service dept. I met Mr. Tipton at Sheehy of Tysons as a service manager. I had a lot of issues and concerns with the infinity I had which is now discontinued. Mr. Tipton figuratively held my hand with kid gloves to ensure my problems would be resolved. He is the reason I am in the Infiniti QX 60 today. I am more than pleased. My salesman, Arif Asis was wonderful,patient, and understanding-even when I bought a car, returned it two days later for a complete refund, and ended up purchasing another car elsewhere. It was an emotional experience for me in that my 2000 Lexus (which I loved) died and I could not afford to buy the same brand. When I called Asis to tell him of my decision to return the car I had purchased from him, he was very understanding. When I actually returned the car for a full refund, the customer service personnel were excellent as well. If I could have found the exact car I wanted at Carmax, I would have bought it there.
