Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
We came to purchase a used car. The vehicle was CLEAN and totally as advertised. Our salesman, Burton, was ultra friendly and made us feel at home. Paul did such a great job - financing was a snap. Neither my wife nor I have had a better time buying a car. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a quality vehicle.
Was very happy with the dealership. We purchased a used Volvo XC90 and they couldn't of treated us better even as we were not purchasing an Infiniti. Will keep them in mind in the future for all our new and preowned vehicles.
My overall experience with car dealerships may be limited (this is the second car purchased from a dealer- I have had 4 serious experiences) but as an former sales person, I was blown away by Jake White's professionalism and customer service ability. My fiance and I are a young family that is in the middle of moving and only one reliable vehicle. Our budget was limited and our only down payment was a 2001 hyundai trade-in. Without naming names, we had a very very poor experience earlier in the week at another dealership. Originally, my fiance and I contacted him because of a truck my fiance was interested in, even though a mini-van was more of what we had in mind. Hearing this, Jake mentioned the 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE on the lot. Not only was he able to get us into the Sienna within our budget, he made the process very quick and easy for us. When all was said and down, we spent less than 3 hours at the dealership (which mind you, with a 1 year old doing anything for an hour is a miracle) and left with a vehicle that fits our needs much better than anything else we had found in months of looking. Jake kept our sales process moving and did not waste time with extraneous talking but still built a relationship with us. I highly recommend Jake and Infiniti of West Chester. Thank you guys again!
Had a great expierence at Infiniti of West Chester. Thanks to Steve Capano we found exactly what we were looking for after 100's of website searches.
He is extremely professional and on the ball with every detail. It is clear his customers are his #1 priority. He even went out and took special pictures just for us and texted them to us since we live almost 2 hours away.
From what we expierenced the whole staff was friendly, right down to our loan specialist Joe Kicinsk, who was extremely helpful plus got us a lower rate.
We highly recommend Steve Capano and this dealership if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.
