For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I love my QX50. Other than a few electrical issues, it has been a great car. It gets great gas mileage, and is a comfortable smooth ride.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. I think it is Great , very reliable!! Get great gas mileage and easy to handle!! Look Good also. Infinity are very fast cars the ride is smooth.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

This car has survived two cross country drives in two years. We are in our 70’s so comfort and reliability are king. It gets great marks for comfort....we would probably not have been able to walk after a long drive in our previous vehicle. Two critisims: The rear gate should be electric like 99.9% of other comparable vehicles. Second, we keep dropping stuff in the opening between the seat and the console. There needs to be some kind of covering. Or the console needs to be wider. [Dont mess with the seats; they are great!@]

I asked a question about a vehicle concerning the last service on the spark plugs and was ask to come in to discuss service records, no real simple answer so I think I'll keep looking around. It's no rush so I'll just keep looking.

I bought the now six year old 2017 QX50 with 47k miles on it. ( I paid 15k USD). Aside from having to replace the radiator, ( I knew it going in) it's an awesome car! It drives and handles like a sports car. It definitely doesn't sip gas, but you have to let the big dog eat! The interior is on point with a luxury feel, but if you're thing is an awesome infotainment system , this isn't the car for you. This car is all about the driving experience. The engine has plenty of power and the transmission shifts nicely. It's not the quietest cabin when driving, but that's why it has a decent sound system. This car is made for those who want a sports car drive, without the sports car price! ( This has the same engine and setup as the 370Z). For me, this car checks all the boxes for performance and drivability. I love driving this car and would recommend it.

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. We only got our Infinity 3 months ago, but enjoy it vey much! We will change Mud & snow tires off it soon in hopes of lowering road noise

The car is very reliable I have never had any problems out of it it’s very modern and easy to adjust to. The car has plenty of leg room, and back seat space. The truck is a great size. The ac works amazing, the windows are tinted. I love this car only selling it because I’m going the the military!
