All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

This car has survived two cross country drives in two years. We are in our 70’s so comfort and reliability are king. It gets great marks for comfort....we would probably not have been able to walk after a long drive in our previous vehicle. Two critisims: The rear gate should be electric like 99.9% of other comparable vehicles. Second, we keep dropping stuff in the opening between the seat and the console. There needs to be some kind of covering. Or the console needs to be wider. [Dont mess with the seats; they are great!@]

Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I love my QX50. Other than a few electrical issues, it has been a great car. It gets great gas mileage, and is a comfortable smooth ride.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. I’ve driven it 10 miles. I traded a 2019 of the same model. My favorite car of all time. Great performance, no mechanical issues ever. Fun to drive. Infinitis more like European handling. Sportier drive, not floaty. I love to ‘drive’ a car.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.
