I purchased my Infiniti from another Infiniti store and it was having some issues I took it into the service department at Infiniti of Scottsdale and they went over all the problems it had and gave me what I felt was a fair price to fix it they so introduced me to a Sales Manager who was able to take the vehicle in on trade and put me in a BRAND NEW car. They were extremely helpful with the entire process start to finish. They heard me out and got me into exactly what I was looking for now I have a new car with full warranty and it came with 3 years of maintenance. The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.
