Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
The dealership was very nice and the salesperson very freindly and courteous. The car was beautiful but had some very evident problems that they said would be corrected. If the repairs were done correctly might be worth a second look.
Bobby messer was very professional, and very caring for my car needs. He always kept me updated and made my process go very smoothly. If you ever need anything when it comes to servicing your Infiniti, ask for Bobby, he is wonderful!
I had an amazing experience at Southwest Infiniti! I didn't buy a vehicle but, Berj took great care of me! He didn't make me feel like another number that walked through the door! Even 2 weeks later called me to check on me! I felt valued! Berj also gave me the proper options for when I do come back I will know what to expect! I will most definitely reccomend pple to go Southwest Infiniti and I will give them Berj's name to see!
I purchased my first infiniti ever 2 weeks ago from Southwest Inifiniti! The people there were super friendly (Brandon, Nick and Larry) but it was my salesman Lino, who was so awesome! Lino was patient, very accommodating and provided superb customer service. He delivered everything he promised. I would recommend him to my family, friends and co-workers if you are in the market for an infiniti. Even when i felt I was not being given the trade value for my car, Lino fought for me to get the amount I was asking. He kept in contact, checked on me, texted and emailed to make sure my needs were being met and that I was happy and satisfied. Please, go see Lino at SW Infiniti if you want a good salesman who is not aggressive and pushy. He has a great personality and shining disposition. Thanks Lino for everything!! You were awesome!!!.
Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Excellent Customer Service. Salesman was great. Dealership was great overall! Very friendly environment. Vehicle we purchased was used but excellent condition. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had purchased a 2017 QX60 from this location and the experience was excellent. The person that I was working with was Berj and I really felt that he went above and beyond in helping me find the car that I wanted and at a very good price. If you're fortunate enough, try to ask for him because he will take care of you. There was no pressure during the whole process from the start to end. Even at the Finance Manager's office, paperwork went through very quick (less than 30 minutes) and yes, additional things were offered but I didn't felt pressured at all to get anything that I didn't want.
If you're looking for a car, this is a great place to start. As with all purchases, always get a second opinion/price at a different location so that you're be able to compare but definitely include Southwest Infiniti as one of choices.

fabulous customer service! Polite, everyone there seemed genuinely happy to be there, no pressure and none of the used car salesmen tactics so common most places. Fair price for a nice used car. I'm a customer for life and will buy all my cars from them from now on.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt comfortable and taken care of. It was truly a pleasant vehicle buying experience,... something unheard of in my book. The receptionist was friendly, the salesman, Steven, was phenomenal and did everything he could to help us through the experience and even called the next day to follow up to make sure our drive home and everything was okay. Will definitely come back for our next vehicle.
