Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time and he had the car ready to go. Took it for a test drive and talked me through the options and what made the car stand out from others. Talked with him and Moses about a deal and they worked with me over Thanksgiving to get the deal I felt comfortable with. No pressure and very friendly. I would for sure recommend Simon and Moses to friends and family!
This was the best experience I had at a car dealership! Excellent customer service, the salesman, Nicholay was prepared and ready for me when I walked through the door to test drive the vehicle. I test drove, completed paperwork (computerized paperwork) they have gone green) in less than 2 hrs, with keys in my hand! 5 stars Nickolay---ask for him and you wont be disappointed.

Passport infinity is the best place to get your cars or trucks fixed. Customers service outstanding, they also take great care of your car or truck. Their service writers are wonderful and there part department guys are magnificent. Everyone in the dealership knows how to treat their customers. For the technicians, I don't know what else to say, because these guys really really know their jobs, their just wonderful people.
I went into the Passport Infinity of Alexandria showroom to look at the QX50. I didn’t expect to purchase a vehicle at that time but the amazing service from Brian and Jayda helped convince me to purchase the car that day. I got a great deal and everyone there made the buying process so easy!

So after having troubles with the first dealership I decided to try out Passport and the first thing I was greeted with a smile and pleasant tone and manner by Garry Drummond. He is the true meaning of customer service... Mind You I was already pissed and ready to go off From the first dealership. I had a check engine light and just wanted some straight answers and no bulls. Garry assured me I would be able to go to work while my car was worked on. He kept me up to date on everything from beginning to end. I could have spent all my money there and not care because of great I was treated. Am a true and loyal customer and refuse to have anyone work on my car. Am telling you this man needs to be promoted. Thanks again.
I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. The best customer service ever!! You know the Salesperson which was Duane Mcrae has done his job when you walk into a dealership with no real intention of buying a car and leave with brand new 2019 QX50 !!
Information given about the infinity and my options yet no pressure was very impressive.
They’re teamwork was genuine. I met so many of the sales team and everyone made me feel so welcomed with a hello we’re here to give you great friendly service. No hard sales pitch only an abundance of information which was the deciding factor to purchase my new 2019 QX50 Let me mention just a few of the staff that were so down to earth yet professionalism at it’s best. Duane my Sales Advisor, Anthony Boo who walked me through everything I needed to know about the many features my new car offers, these two gentlemen were with me, checking on me through the entire process .
Last there is Esa, the General Manger, who said he would take care of things and not to worry. He was good on his word, he worked with the finance putting me in the new car of my CHOICE! I know this review might seem long but there aren’t enough adjectives to decribe my experience with Infinity of Suitland. Thank you!
