I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, we had a wonderful dealership experience with PA Auto Sales. It was a joy to work with this professional, transparent, accommodating sales team. I primarily worked with Nukri (Nuk) and Igor. From the first phone conversations, Nuk was quick to respond, happy to send the CARFAX, and accommodating with my busy schedule in setting up an appointment. I was impressed with his honesty when my dad and I unknowingly set up separate appointments for the same time. He reached out to let me know "another gentleman" was also coming to look at the car. (No sales gimmick, it was the truth!) During our appointment to test drive the car, the team struck a perfect balance between being available to answer questions, and giving us time and space to privately discuss. The car was amazingly clean, no engine lights, drove well, and was a great deal for its value. Igor was upfront and transparent with the breakdown of the out-the-door price when we crunched the numbers. He allowed me to place a refundable $200 deposit to hold the car so I could go home and do a little more research. During that time, the team addressed any concerns we had. In the end, I reluctantly walked away from the car. It was immaculate, and a fantastic deal...just a bit beyond my current means. When I called Nuk to deliver the news, he was very kind and understanding. I was sad to leave the car, but felt I gained a fellow friend. Igor, as he said he would, refunded my deposit. I would return to this dealership in the future. PA Auto Sales has great cars, good deals, and a professional, honest, fun, laid back sales team. 10/10, would recommend.

I did not purchase the car from Holman, but he took the initiative to explain our options both in the short run and in the long run as well. Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Beautiful car for our family of 4, plenty of legroom and cargo space throughout, loads of options, smooth ride, handles great like a car. It sits up higher like a truck and feels safe on the road. Luxurious feel with leather and high end details.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I like everything about Infiniti vehicles! Comfort, Style, and options. I also like that you don’t see thousands of them on the road. QX 50 for teenager-reliable and safe QX60 loaded for family road trips- safe and love the body style QX 60 for commuting -smooth on highway and great gas mileage

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I recently had two of my Infiniti 's serviced at West Chester. Greg was my service manager and did awesome job with accommodating appointments. Very courteous team at West Chester. Everyone is friendly and made me feel inclusive. I was able to bring my dog along for one of the services. He was also welcomed with open arms and can't wait to come back. Don't ever lose your touch.
