My husband purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX56 and I must say I am beyond satisfied. They only had the car for 8 days before I saw it online, and although it was test-drove and checked out, whomever traded it in unpluged the battery so that the check engine light wouldn't come on for a couple of days. Well we purchased the vehicle as is no warranty. We had it for 48 hours before the check engine light came on and Donohoo Auto agreed to pick up the vehicle give us a courtesy car while they fixed our vehicle. Only for us to get the vehicle back and the check engine light came on again, and they stepped in once again. We are so appreciative for donohoo Auto and I would recommend them over anyone!!! The staff was very polite and attentive. Kathryn was such a doll, Jimmy was awesome, and Jim exceeded my expectations
After 30+ years of driving, and having made numerous vehicle purchases, I have never had a more pleasant experience than the two times I have purchased from Donohoo. They have an awesome web site that easily allows for a detailed search of their inventory. On our last visit I showed up and the car I was interested in was backed up to the the curb in front of the building as I had called ahead. After being greeted warmly by their two receptionists, and having my DL info collected, we were invited to take it for a test drive at our leisure with no other interaction from their sales staff. We took the next half hour to inspect and drive the car, and then met with a member of their sales team (Mark Hubbard) who gave us hard copies of the CarFax (also found in their web site listings) and Auto Check reports for the vehicle. All vehicles that I considered were priced very reasonably with respect to KBB Fair Purchase Price and NADA numbers. They advertise no haggle pricing, and I saw no reason to based on the research I had done. I asked for the vehicle to be put on a rack in their service department for a more thorough evaluation, and within 10 minutes I was walking underneath it with a flashlight. (NOTE: Their service department is quite clean and highly organized...pretty much what you would find at a new car dealership. Very impressive for a type A person like myself.) After about 15 - 20 to minutes to prepare the paperwork I was taken to their business manager to sign the documents and close the deal. I have never encountered another dealer that does business quite the way they do at Dononoo. My wife absolutely LOATHES car shopping as she has tagged along on too many visits to dealerships that lasted WAY too long (mostly in an attempt to pressure a sale). Her preference is for car shopping to be like dress shopping...go to the store...get directed to the appropriate department...pick out a few dresses...try them on...decide which one you like (can be more than one in dress shopping!)...head to a cashier...pay and leave. That's pretty much what you get when shopping at Donohoo. She actually enjoyed this purchase experience. That is a HUGE statement! I highly recommend Donohoo Auto if they have the make and model you are looking for!

I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did.
My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.

It is rare, in the automobile industry to run into a dealership where you experience exceptional service. Most of us familiar with the auto industry, loathe going to buy a car. The stories of discomfort, dishonesty and outright disrespect if you are a woman are endless. Yet, when I went to Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine in Texas, the World???s largest Infiniti dealership, I was well received and experience nothing short of world class service. Quite frankly, I was taken by surprise not knowing what to expect. Was it the ultra-modern facility that amused me? No, Was it the flashy cars Infiniti are known to have with bleeding edge technology No! It was one man, the salesman that greeted me and his mannerism, professionalism and smile took me by storm. Peter Idusosgie is an exceptional fellow who conducts his job in a spirit of excellence, ever so sensitive to our specific desires and budget priorities. My wife and I were looking for a run around vehicle that we could drive for a few years before deciding on something more expensive to buy in the future. Peter embarked on a thorough search and went above and beyond what most salesmen would do to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We sensed his superiors were getting frustrated with the time he was spending with us but he remained unmoved and focused on the task at hand. He has great patience and understands the desires and needs of his customers. He doesn???t try to sell them what they don???t want and never asked for. He makes suggestions and looks for approbation from the customer. Needless to say we were completely satisfied with his temperament, approach and professionalism. He comes highly recommended. I called from Colorado Springs at 4:30 pm on the 29th of July (Friday) and spoke with Savannah. She quickly looked up the vehicle I was interested in to confirm that it was still on their lot. I explained that my husband and I was still working and that we probably wouldn't get there until sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 (they close at 9:00). She said, "No problem." Then asked, "Please text when on the way so I can hold the vehicle for you". She further explained that she would have the vehicle up front for us as we pull into their lot. When we got there at 8:15, she was still with another customer but had planned in advance to have another sales rep/manager (Warren) to assist us while she was detained. It didn't take long for her to finish with the other customer when she took us out on a test drive. To shorten the story, we love the vehicle. Savannah and the finance department (thank you Jon) filled out all the necessary paperwork and had us out of there shortly after 10:00. During our wait, she treated us to complimentary snacks & drinks and showed us the massage chair. We got a GREAT deal with AMAZING service in an absolutely beautiful showroom. I am so sorry that we kept them open way later than their closing time. Again, THANK YOU to Savannah, Warren, Jon and all the other employees that made our buying experience pleasant.
