It is rare, in the automobile industry to run into a dealership where you experience exceptional service. Most of us familiar with the auto industry, loathe going to buy a car. The stories of discomfort, dishonesty and outright disrespect if you are a woman are endless. Yet, when I went to Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine in Texas, the World???s largest Infiniti dealership, I was well received and experience nothing short of world class service. Quite frankly, I was taken by surprise not knowing what to expect. Was it the ultra-modern facility that amused me? No, Was it the flashy cars Infiniti are known to have with bleeding edge technology No! It was one man, the salesman that greeted me and his mannerism, professionalism and smile took me by storm. Peter Idusosgie is an exceptional fellow who conducts his job in a spirit of excellence, ever so sensitive to our specific desires and budget priorities. My wife and I were looking for a run around vehicle that we could drive for a few years before deciding on something more expensive to buy in the future. Peter embarked on a thorough search and went above and beyond what most salesmen would do to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We sensed his superiors were getting frustrated with the time he was spending with us but he remained unmoved and focused on the task at hand. He has great patience and understands the desires and needs of his customers. He doesn???t try to sell them what they don???t want and never asked for. He makes suggestions and looks for approbation from the customer. Needless to say we were completely satisfied with his temperament, approach and professionalism. He comes highly recommended. Oh by the way, he is certified to sell both pre-owned and new cars so you can go to him regardless of what car you are buying. In a nutshell if they are two ways to describe him I will say Integrity and caring. If you are contemplating buying a vehicle and you are looking for that salesman that would show genuine concern for what you want, It is Peter Idusogie. A gem and rare breed in the auto industry who is not afraid to tell you what you need to know even though it might cost him the sale. Where can you find that kind of person. (I'm so happy with my purchase and want to share my experience so I'm posting this review on more than just Yelp...) I can go on about the purchase experience... how surprised I was to find myself (for a change) in a car dealership feeling happy and human... but that can be personal to me so I'll stick with the Facts: When I called and asked for Tony Ortega I was told that he's with a customer and that within 20 minutes I'll either get a call back from him or from another MB professional. Sure enough within a few minutes Tony calls back, finds me the "exact" package I've been searching for and at a price that worked for me after my trade in.... I was still a bit worried because the other 3 dealerships in my area also gave me great prices over the phone but when I got there it somehow became $3,000 to $6,000 more! Not with Tony, when he showed me the total price on paper I was surprised! No gimmicks! No "oh, that car just sold but we have".... he actually honored his word and even agreed to give me a bit more for my trade in! (He said he'll agree to that because I was sitting across him with my 4 month old daughter and she was too cute to resist... :-) ) I also want to acknowledge the rest of the team and the welcoming reception people. Top service! A true luxury experience! Thank you!!

My purchase couldn't have been easier... I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!

Rob was great from the beginning! I called about a pre owned vehicle and spoke to him, set an appointment for a saturday. When I came down to the store, I was greeted professionally and promptly by him. We talked about my plans for a vehicle as well as a trade in and rob and his team did everything in their power to put me into that vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately we were unable to get the deal done. As I left boerne, thinking my deal was not going to get don, Rob and his team stayed avid and ended up finding me an even better deal that I wanted! We were able to trade in my 2004 Nissan 350z with negative equity, and get into a brand new q50! Everything was explained in the finance department clearly and that helped me make the decision I made to purchase. Thanks jmc! I can't thank rob and his team enough! I have always hated the whole car shopping experience. I only purchase used cars out of personal preference and had looked for a good while at different car lots and dealerships and always felt as if the salesmen viewed me as unintelligent or were just extremely pushy. I found the car I purchased through Inifinity Austin through a website and went to look and testdrive. I was introduced to Dana, a salesman there, and he promptly took me out to the car to look over it all and go for a drive. Never once did I get that awkward feeling that tends to come with having a saleman around. Dana stood back and let me look it over and let me ask the questions, which I greatly appreciated. Never once did Dana prompt me that I needed to act on purchasing the car that same day and didn't harass me the following days. Now I was the one that stopped in 5 different times throughout the next week to look at the car more and test drove again to "make sure she was the one". Everyone at Infinity Austin was very patient and helpful each time I dropped in and Dana, especially, has the patient of a Saint to deal with my indecisiveness. When I made my decision to go through with the purchase, they made sure that everything was in working order (back AC blower had gone out and they fixed, which is rare for used car sales!!) and gave it a wash. My overall experience was very smooth and as pleasant as signing a huge check can be. I am hopeful that Dana and the Infinity Austin will have another great used car option for me when it comes time for me to get another! I highly reccomend going to them if you enjoy and prefer not feeling pressured. Be sure to ask for Dana Woodbury!!

I was visiting a friend in Libertyville when an error ( check engine ) light went on, and I decided to stop at Gregory Infiniti to see if they could see what the issue was before driving my almost new Q50 back home - a drive of around 60 miles. The service team very quickly got into the issue and gave ma terrific info about what was ( mostly not ) happening. They reset the error message code, and even offered to wash my car before sending me one my way.....and didn't charge anything for this! I'd give them a higher rating if I could!

Berman Nissan is the best dealership ever. Everyone is always so nice. I love servicing my car there. sara kaplanovice truly makes the serivce experience worth it, specially she’s able to speak Chinese that makes us feeling comfortable and helpful.

We hada 2018 Nissan Murano- Joe concerned with public and customer safety the second yime had the sales team resolve the deal upon hearing us at the second time we brought the car to his service department.,Bruno Reichert and Terence Corprew took over and resolved the deal on the malfunctioing Murano concerned for our safety and our deal......these men reflect the examples that any customer wants to experience in vehicle tribulations I glad I chose to buy a Veichle from their dealership, mark I beleive was the manager who took the at first late on a sunday afternoon 14 Oct,2014 it stayed with a nossan dealer three weeks same problem sufaced less than aweek after returning to our use We. agreed with the dealer to exchange the vehicles......hats off to Driver's Way.

After a couple of months of shopping for a luxury car on a pretty low budget, Pauline Akahomen was able to find us just what we needed in a very timely manner. Based on the challenging parameters we gave her, she located a beautiful, certified Infinity QX 50 within $800 of our intended out the door price in a very short time. The car was at another Nalley location. Ms. Akahomen picked it up and brought it to us right away. Over the months, no other sales person came close to fulfilling our wishlist/requirements. Every employee we came into contact with at this dealership was attentive and friendly and made our shopping experience a pleasant one. Ms. Akahomen truly listened to what we wanted to do, she worked efficiently, was patient, found us just what we wanted and helped to make the entire experience exciting and fun.

I initially called over the phone and spoke with a salesman Yohance and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come in. When I was getting out of my car, he was meeting me in the parking lot! "Hi nice to meet you Tiffany he, said", I was immediately impressed. Yohance had already pulled out 2 q50 3.0t that I was intrested in. We test drove both. I was really amazed at the patience and time he took with me because I'm VERY picky but he didn't mind at all. Everyone was friendly including the finance department. They worked hard to get me where I wanted to be at. When I was told I had to leave out a few options I declined the deal. The next day, Yohance called me and said, "I'm working hard to get you all the options you want". The next thing I know the General manager was calling me personally and told me I could get the deal I wanted! Yohance had went to the GM!!!! He was amazing! I would recommend the dealership and Yohance to anyone!

Myshia was very informative and hands-on. She was also very personalable. I appreciate her for valuing my time and getting my sister and I out of the dealership within a reasonable time. I have a QX60 that I???m planning to renew the lease on because of her kindness.

We really can???t say enough about our experience with Hennessy Jaguar Gwinnett in buying our new 2019 F-Pace. The experience started on chat with our amazing sales person Anita Whitten. We didn???t make it very easy for her hitting her with question after question, but she stuck with us and answered every one. Two days later we got to meet her face to face. She had 3 cars we were looking at ready to go. When we picked the one we liked, she continued to answer all our questions while making us feel like we were the only customers there. They honored everything we talked about and then some. During our time there we got to meet a fantastic very friendly Sale Manager named Mary Denawetz whose personality kept us smiling. The financing part of the process was a breeze with Chris O???Keefe running the show and we even screwed him up forgetting that we had left our credit on hold, but he didn???t skip a beat. Just when we thought we were done with this great experience, Anita introduces us to one of the nicest guys I???ve ever met and he commences to put together all the little things that come with the car and sits there with us and gives us the basics on how everything works. He isn???t done there, he tells us he is going to drive out to our place in a week or to and go through all the things he didn???t cover. ( we live an hour away). Finally it was time to shake hands to go, but I swear I felt more like giving every one a hug. Fantastic establishment, fantastic people and one could only wish that all car buying experiences were this awesome. Thank you all!!!???
