A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!
My husband and i had the please of meting Margie, and her sister Lavern. These two ladies make the process so easy. I would say they are the Beautiful faces of Pearson Infinite on Midlothian Tnpk. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I inquired about a vehicle. Troy responded quickly answered my questions text me some additional pictures. Most importantly he didn't call me over and over trying to push me in the vehicle. I live 4 hours from the dealership he told me he would have me breakfast if I drove up.
Laverne Wright was my sales person. She was excellent in every aspect of service. As a result of her professionalism and competence I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all of my acquaintances.
It just took an hour and half with my M56 out of the dealership. Joey Devapalan was extremely helpful in every aspect- you name it. He is there when ever I call him, he looks into the issue personally and talk to the service/sales guys as required. More than $ its the satisfaction you get after you own the car. For me its a fantabulous experience and a 100% satisfied with the car. My next destination for a new car would be Pearson Infiniti and Joey of course..

We were on our way to our daughter's in PA for Thanksgiving when the water pump & serpentine belt went on our 2500. Travis and the team at Whitten Brothers were FANTASTIC! They took care of the problem in record time & got us back on the road so we could enjoy the holiday with our family. Ten stars...oh heck no, these guys earned 12 out of 10 stars! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I just bought my QX60 from Kenny D. He was really Exceptional. He is the reason we went with Infiniti. Its my first Infiniti and I am satisfied with the whole experience. I started out early today going thru several dealers lots on Midlo this am! I walked the lots & had to back up several times in those lots. Not easy.nded up last at Pearson. Troy came out & offered to help and offered several lead questions about my search.. as I parked he had the perfect 2013 for me. We drove and I bought it! Out of all the dealerships I walked this am, this man was on the ball! The staff was most friendly & I could see the service dept was not busy, Ha! Thats good news! I thank you Troy, your manager & finance mgr. Gregory George for a fair trade in on my 2012 Jeep! Thank you all for a grate buying experience!
