A friend of mines told me about this dealership because her son brought his Audi from them. I decided to go and check them out after work. Believe it or not they actually have some very nice high end vehicles. I did not think that I was going to buy a car that day! But from the big Hello from the staff there and the low pressure buying experience. I walked out with a 2015 BMW 535I, I love my car!!!
My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Over the last five years I have had multiple issues with my nissan sentra. Last month my transmission went on the car and the total of repairs was more than I left to pay on the car. I was extremely irate due to all the issues this car has caused. The old manager that I dealt with repeatedly told me there was nothing he can do. I stopped going to Nissan because I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to deal with them one more time. The managers name now is Gino and he was polite, helpful and understanding. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and how he handled my entire situation. I am appreciative and thankful for Gino and Nick who did the work on the car. Not only did he solve the problem, but in a timely matter. I would recommend Nissan Middletown service center as well as Gino and Nick for all servicing needs.

For the past 6-8 months we have been shopping for a car. We had some basic things we wanted and thought new car was the route to go but we found a lot of cars we were interested in at Veb Auto. Speaking with Albert we never knew you could get a used car with such low miles. We narrowed our car to an Infiniti and the Sleek Black color with chrome highlights. I loved it but my wife loved it more it was a Q70 xxxx thing made heads turn and it had under 15000 miles. This is Brand New to us and we saved a lot of $$. The entire experience was easy. They got us financed with a great rate. We took a trip to the Grocery Store we came across VEB and now I know we will purchase more in the future here. We Really appreciate their time and also appreciate them knowing the product. Never felt pushed never felt rushed. All together it felt right for us. All their cars in the lot are clean and look better than the ones on the New Dealership lots and you have a big selection. You would be silly not to pass by if your shopping for a car.
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

The buying process was not the usual loooooong, drawn out affair. It was quick, efficient and actually nice!

Went in considering to buy a car, got a great deal Loai was a superb! He got me approved and it didn't take forever like other dealers, he was sabby and knowledgeable and very charismatic I loved it. He offered me good coffee which matters to me, and I left with my car I'm so excited! He made this such a wonderful experience I will definitely be recommending this salesman to my friends.
Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!
