Nice to work with a family owned vs corporate dealership

I have purchased 1 car and 2 trucks from McCaddon over the last 10 years and have really enjoyed working with a family run business vs the corporate dealerships. McCaddon sales force are staffed with outstanding professionals that make the deal themselves, instead of the other guys having customer advocates that have to run back and forth to a manager to get you the best deal possible. I have found that McCaddon???s sales force are able to get the best price either the first or second try. I do compare price with the corporate dealerships and McCaddon is always lower by a significant percentage. McCaddon has another advantage in that their sales force is not staffed by people coming through a revolving door, they have the same force for many years. The two I have dealt with over 10 years is Randy Williams and Wendell Borchert. I usually purchase a vehicle every 5-6 years and it is nice to ask for a sales person that I know and is still at the dealership. Not only that, but they remember your name, whether you are in for service or just looking around. Not once has any sales person at this dealership ask ???What can I do to get you in this car today????. They seem to want you to check around and ensure that you are truly getting a fair price. The other departments that I commend at McCaddon???s is one of the tower managers (Zach Brick, also the Internet Sales Director) and Financial Services (Justin Gasman, Director). Even after I had agreed to the sale, Zach offered me an additional $2500 that was available to add to my down payment (yes, I accepted) and Zack made the paperwork easy to understand quick to complete. I was also offered a discount on one of the subscription services that is not available outside the dealership. Lastly, the service department is what moved both my service and purchasing business from a local Chevrolet dealership to McCaddon. After getting charges for services that I did not authorize and refusal to cover defects under the GM warranty, I went to McCaddon and did get that defect covered under warranty. Same story with the service staff, most of the staff have been with the dealership for years and remember my name and vehicles. Jon Berry is the service writer that I have used for years and is excellent with keeping me up to date regarding my repairs and any recalls that may come out. Last note, with the McCaddon staff, they all act like they are on ONE team. There is no finger pointing between Sales and Service over what someone said or promised. They just take care of the problem. Other dealerships in the area have different cost centers within their dealership, such as Service, Sales, Finance, Body Shop, etc., and they do not talk to each other. It is a handsome car with all of the technology. But is full size so the big gas eating engine is needed to get the SUV moving.
It was my first time being here at the dealers and I was pretty nervous. Saul made my first experience feel like I was at home he made me feel comfortable he was very talkative and respectful and he helped us get new cars. He's the best I'll definitely recommend him!

This vehicle is AWESOME!! When you test drive it speaks for it self. I personally just like lots of room and this SUV has it.
I ended my 2015 Toyota Rav 4 lease in July and leased a new 2018 Toyota Rav 4 the same day. I was not expecting to leave with a car that day and was feeling very low. I felt full of anxiety, to have to deal with sales people and not be able to afford another vehicle. Dj Shire, the end of lease person, made this visit the best car buying experience I've ever had. He helped me feel comfortable about the experience, and stuck with me through the process. I'm sure he could have easily passed me off to a salesperson and didn't. He helped me tremendously answering every question I had and explaining all my options. At the end Vershan Jackson helped explain and do anything that needed to be done. Overall it was a great experience. I've had 4 Toyota vehicles now in a row and I would recommend Corwin Toyota and Toyota vehicles highly. I've had an excellent experience with each of the different vehicles.

Purchased this car and couldn't be more pleased. This is by far the best car we've ever owned. Amazing performance, reliability, comfort, and it's beautiful too.
This is our second QX80. The overall technological improvements over our last are noticeable. One area of improvement would be to have more USB ports. Currently it only has one. Another area of Improvement would be the Infinity App. Most vehicles today have an app which allows you to start, run diagnostics schedule service etc...the current app from infinity is poor at best.
On the journey to find a pre-owned vehicle for my family I came into contact with Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi. From start to finish Jacques gave me exceptional service, he was very informative and helpful getting everything completed very quickly. Upon returning to view the vehicle I learned that in fact I was getting a brand new vehicle! I am ecstatic! I cant say how grateful I am to be getting i new car. I will recommend Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi to all my friends and family! You guys are AWESOME!!

Berman Nissan is the best dealership ever. Everyone is always so nice. I love servicing my car there. sara kaplanovice truly makes the serivce experience worth it, specially she’s able to speak Chinese that makes us feeling comfortable and helpful.
Derek and his team were outstanding. They got my job done(oil change and fluids flushed)in a short time. Derek gave me a ballpark price and he backed the invoice down to match his quote(impressive!).
I will be back to Derek and Mike for my next issue.
By the way, I'm at 253,000 miles.
I stopped by for an unscheduled service on my Ford F-150. I know it isn't a Ford store, but it was the closest place to me. I pulled in to the service department and was immediately greeted by the newest member of their team Rene Orantes. He took my keys and assured me I was in good hands. He was right. He had my truck serviced and done while I watched T.V. and finished up on work. I would highly recommend Rene and Autonation Dodge to anyone needing service.

I would recommend to anyone. This is the second one that I owned. Kids love it. Lots of room. Looks great on the road.
The customer service was amazing, my car issue was resolved with no problem.

I just purchased a new 2017 QX80 fully loaded. I took this vehicle on a long road trip and my wife and I were very impressed with the ride quality along with the interior's fit and finishes. I was originally looking to buy a Cadillac Escalade, but after test driving the QX80 I new this SUV was a much better vehicle hands down. The price was better by $10K. I feel the Infiniti QX80 is a best kept secret! You won't be disappointed!
I bought a 2010 BMW 750 Li from Global Motorsports. My wife and I traveled from Atlanta to Nashville to buy the car. Chris Fortune took care of us even though we arrived an hour after closing. He spent time discussing available warranty options. Never any pressure. Lots of experience. This was our first luxury car purchase. During the test drive it ran great. The car was everything Chris said it was. Beautiful! We bought the car and purchased a bumper to bumper warranty. We stayed overnight in Nashville and drove home the next day. During the drive home, the transmission started acting up. Then there was a transmission malfunction that left the car in "limp mode". We got the car home and I called Chris. He arranged to have the car picked up and delivered to an authorized BMW service center. I didn't worry because thankfully, the warranty would cover me. Or so I thought. The warranty company refused to repair the car, citing "preexisting condition" as the reason. The transmission needed to be replaced at a cost of $8800! Chris Fortune stayed in touch with us and the repair facility throughout the whole process. When the warranty company refused to pay, Global Motorsports refunded all of our money on the car and the warranty! I was astonished. In an industry that is known for less than honest dealings, Global Motorsports stepped up with integrity to help us out of what could have become a really bad situation. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
Just a note to say THANK YOU for taking the time to find us a pickup to fill a need that was created when our son was in a wreck and rolled our pickup recently while out in Colorado on a business trip. We are so blessed that God saw fit to spare our son’s life and only allowed him to be bruised. You can always replace a pickup but not a son. The job you did Grant replacing our pickup sight unseen was utterly fantastic. Both Julie and I are just amazed at the quality and condition of the 2011 F-150 Lariat that you picked out and sold to us. The service, the speed, the treatment, etc. everything about the way you and the operation of the Perkins Motor Plex was nothing short of a 5 star operation. It is better than I thought it would be and I had pretty high hopes for this vehicle. My wife and I can't believe how beautiful this vehicle is inside and out.
I was in the market for a fully loaded 2017 Ford Expedition, which were being heavily incentive by the factory. I came a cross a King Ranch Expedition at Ford Lincoln of Franklin that carried the Ford incentive but it was also discounted substantially because it had been used as a loaner for service customers. It had logged 2070 miles. I was contacted by Hayne, the Sales Rep and also spoke with Brian the F&I Manager via phone. The dealership was 80 miles form where I live and I already had financing in place. I was trading a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited in which I had substantial equity and they offered me almost exactly what I was seeking on the trade, contingent on the vehicle being in excellent condition, which it was. I made an appointment to arrive at 10 AM on Friday morning, and when I did everything was in place. The Expedition had been beautifully detailed, Hayne showed me a round the dealership, which is impressive and Brian handled the business transaction as soon as he finished with a prior customer. Brian worked with the rep from my credit union and we got through everything with no issues. Hayne then took me out to the Expedition, gave me a bottle of ice cold water and a small box of customized chocolates (a first). Hayne covered all of the aspects of the vehicle and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. The folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin do things the right way, the first time. They were pleasant, forthright and did exactly what we had discussed over the phone. I came away knowing I'll do business with this dealership again because of the way they conducted themselves on this transaction. Finally, I had been in contact with 9 Ford dealerships in central TN and northern AL and even one in southern IL searching for the right vehicle. Some did ok, one was unresponsive even after a test drive, and 3 met my expectations. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was the only dealership that exceeded my expectations. I also got a follow-up call from Jesse Nichols asking if I was satisfied with the way I had been treated. You easily get the feeling that service and integrity are cornerstones for this excellent Ford dealership.

This vehicle was a delight to drive and was so smooth and quiet it was almost in real. We traded it in unfortunately on a QX60 which is easier for my wife to drive to work,and no longer needed to tow are 27 foot boat. Which it did with ease, towed better than my pickup truck. Best priced luxury SUV on the market we originally were going to purchase a Denali or Escalade when I found the QX80 through a comparables search. Glad I did, almost $20,000 less and is much nicer than the GMs. Only down fall is the older style interior and infotainment, however I imagine the new 2018 will have the updated software.
Found a used car on Carfax.com at John Roberts Nissan after search for what we wanted, called to verify car was their, and set up a time, Scott Nicolle was our salesman, nice polite and knowledgeable, explained my budget and he made it work, driving a 2015 Nissan Sentra with 24,000 miles.

Engine performance, interior room and styling, ride comfort and the toys makes this a fun ride. It is a big vehicle that is very nimble and not "top" heavy.
My usual procedure: Notice of time for service, called and made an appointment, arrived at Service bay, was immediately helped, talked with Chris Toronto and went across the street to the Diner and had lunch. When I got back the car wasn't quite ready so I had a seat in the waiting room and read my newspaper until Chris came and got me. He explained what was done while they were bringing the car around (after being washed). I gave him my credit card and drove away very happy. Every time I take it there, that is the way it happens!

This car is priced right compared to the Tahoe, Escalade, and others in the segment. It has a really cool exterior and interior design. It has a very quiet.
The nav/sound system is not very intuitive and needs better connection with the driver experience.
My experience was mainly with Donna Mechmann, the Sales Manager. She was forthright and accommodating and she made every effort to make sure that my car buying experience was enjoyable. I found Donna and her staff to extremely trustworthy which was s important since I found the car on-line. Highly Recommend!

Lots of seating with all the luxury you could want for creature comforts. Smooth and silky ride with power and a true feeling of safety.
We are snowbirds from Virginia and took our Ford Expedition into Ford AutoNation in Sanford for a oil change and tire rotation. They did an excellent job and even washed our SUV for free. We did have to wait for a little time and I asked how much longer it would take to get our Expedition back and was told 10 min because they were washing our SUV. When they finished we were told there was no charge for the oil change and tire rotation and when we asked why there was no charge we were told it was because we had to wait too long. I have never had that happen, ever!! Usually there is an apology for the wait and here is your bill. We had big screen tv to watch, free coffee and snacks so we did not mind the wait. This was totally unexpected!! Great customer service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this dealership!!! They care about their customers!!

Best 3 row Luxury SUV out their. Hands down. Test Drove the lexus 570, escalade, Audi Q&(hopeless), Mdx, and the GL 450. escalade middle row was so uncomfortable, lexus third row is just a joke and the Mercedes and the MDX cannot seat 3 in the back also doesn't offer the captain/quad seats in the middle. Ultimately with the budget we had of $70K and what was out in the market, this is the best SUV out there Hands down. Do not buy and Audi, they give bad bad mileage. QX 80 has a very quiet luxurious cabin with great space and pick up.
The staff are very helpful and they explain everything clearly. The reason that I like and respect this facility is that the staff don't force customers to buy things that are not necessary yet.
