BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. This car meets all of my needs. It is beautiful, spacious, has all the technology and luxury additional items that I wanted. It drives great, gets better gas mileage than I expected at 19 mpg. It has third row seats that automatically fold into the floor for more cargo space. All the seats are comfortable and adjustable, even the third row reclines! It’s an awesome car that gets many compliments! I love it. It is AWD which I don’t use often but works great if there is snow on the ground.

My husband and I arrived at Circle BMW and immediately experienced a uniquely pleasant car purchase experience. Robert Cavalieri was our salesman and we were taken back by his easy-going and attentive approach. He allowed us to take the lead and listened carefully to what we needed rather than pushing us into a car that was more or less than what we were looking for. There was no hint of pushy sales tactics nor any pressure whatsoever to purchase any particular car at all. He just helped us pick the 2019 X3 that was perfect for us and for our family. He gave us a fair and direct price package including a competitive and fair market appraisal value, on our trade vehicle which was a bmw X1. This is our 2nd QX... we had a 2011 QX56 that gave us a great 128K miles. We purchased the 2018 base loaded up and it has not disappointed. We drove the Cadillac, Lincoln Nav and the layout, spacing, design, drivability is as good or better for 20K less. Most notably they have done an excellent job of making the cabin even quieter then the previous versions. Whisper quiet. Best back seat leg room of the entire segment.

After owning my car for 13 years it was time to search for a new car. After searching online I found a vehicle at Lynbrook Infiniti I was interested in. We live in NJ and made the over 1 1/2 drive out to Lynbrook to see the car. I was initially weary of the used car experience but when I met Michael Martello and Scott Gallo everything changed. They were very friendly, respectful, honest and straight forward during the whole process. Negotiations were fair and painless. They made us feel like family and kept their word on everything they said they would do. No hidden fees or haggling, Mike and Scott did an amazing job! While we were waiting for the paper work we ended up talking to the General Manager John LaSala for over 30 mins! What General Manager takes that time out of a busy day to do that? John was great and continued the positive energy that the whole team had. At the end we sat down with Russ Archer to square off the financials. Russ did a smooth and great job explaining all the details that may otherwise be overlooked. In the end we had an amazing experience at Lynbrook Infinit and highly recommend iti. All the people we worked with from top to bottom were fantastic! Whenever we are in the market again we will come straight to you guys! Thank you again Mike and Scott!

This is by far, the best car I’ve ever owned . I’ve had Corvettes, BMW’s and Mercedes, and they don’t come close to the quality and reliability of my qx80. It’s the perfect SUV. I love the looks, the 400 hp engine, the safety features, the comfortable seats, the way it floats down the road and I just love driving it. My next car will be another qx80👍🏻People complain about the gas mileage...but what can you expect from such a big, powerful vehicle? If I wanted good gas mileage, I would’ve bought a Prius. Even though it’s a large SUV, it’s very easy to drive and the cameras make it very easy to park. The turning radius is great, too. I absolutely love this car❤️

My husband and I were looking for a used pre owned 2014 Dodge Ram for about a month. We went to all different dealerships in our area and found the same aggressive, demeaning and disrespectful "car selling script" at every place we went to. I did a search and found that cars.com had the exact 2014 Ram that my husband had been looking for with low mileage and a reasonable price. Novak Motors was listed under the vehicle and I was not familiar with the dealership. I became interested in finding out more. I googled Novak Motors only to find that they had a bunch of reviews all of which were extremely positive with quotes about professionalism, patience and respect. All words that would not fit in the same sentence when talking about most dealerships. After contacting them and speaking with Ana, Amy and Frank, they all put us at ease that Novak was different than other dealerships and that they would make the process an easy one. We made our trip to go see the vehicle and we were greeted by Amy and Frank. They had the car detailed and ready for us to take out for a test drive. The showroom was amazing. The cars were immaculate. We financed the vehicle and the process was the easiest, and most relaxing experience we have ever encountered at a dealership. Highly recommending them to family and friends and we will definitely go back in a couple of years for our next vehicle. **one important aspect of this dealership is that they don't bribe the buyers with free oil changes, gift cards, etc, for leaving a 5 star review.

We had been searching for a Nissan titan for a while and asked Scott for help on a whim and boy did he deliver!! He set us up with justin to find us one within a few days of my inquiry justin had located one for us. He had it brought in ESPECIALLY for my husband and I giving us first dibs! It took about a week or so and they had it at the dealership. Justin called us every step of the way with updates and after it had gone through for inspection we went and saw the truck the next day! We brought all our kids with us and they were treated to ices and popcorn and definitely kept them quiet longer then I expected. He loved the truck did all our paperwork and got approved, and within 24 hours we left the dealership with a 2017 Nissan titan! Easiest fastest most attentive experience ever! Before we left my son ran up to scotty and gave him a huge hug! We felt like family totally amazing car buying experience! 5 stars 10 thumbs up!!

Back in 2014, I was car shopping around the Passaic and Bergen County area. And a lot of non-luxury car brand dealerships were rude from the start and presented ridiculous deals. I drove along route 46 and made my last stop at Fette Infiniti. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't my day and it was a luxury car brand dealership. Boy, I was shocked, I walked in and the front receptionist greeted me with a happy welcome. Then I met Ray Ford, he presented and assisted me throughout the process with a humble approach. Ray knows his stuff on all the car models from top to bottom. Now when it came down to multiple offers, my jaw dropped, I told my wife to pinch me, because I thought I was in a dream. All the offers were GREAT. Ray Ford got me into my first 2014 Infiniti QX60 and drove off the lot that same night. Also, I have to point out I had my kids with me that day, and Ray, he's family friendly. He showed my kids the lounge area, and provided them with refreshments like soda juice cookies or water and changed the TV to cartoons, which is Awesome. From there on, my loyalty with FETTE INFINITI grew. That is in 2015 I came back to get my wife a car a 2015 Q50. Then, in 2017 I came back again and got a 2017 QX60. And now 2018, I came back got my wife another car the new QX50 2019. FETTE INFINITI makes you family and loyalty is superb, this is why I come back, they're the best. Ray Ford is a real genuine humble guy, that I highly recommend to all if you looking for a car right now. I had to share my story because it actually happened and bumped into a dealership that really treats you like a family that's what's important. Thank you Fette Infiniti and Thank You, Ray Ford I met Raphael Mirasol in 2017. Great individual, he always carries a smile, with a positive vibe and energy. He's an awesome salesman and very helpful. He got me into 2017 QX60 and today a 2019 QX50. I'm so loyal to Fette Infiniti, that I don't see myself going elsewhere. Fette Infiniti is simply the best, especially there deals. Deals that you can't refuse, it's a dream that comes true. If you car shopping right now don't hesitate just go to Fette Infiniti. Bought it used from Enterprise w/20K miles. Great price! Simply love the luxury, performance, COMFORT and security of this vehicle. Probably my favorite vehicle in 30 years. Mileage is not bad at all - average btn 13-16 with mix of city and light highway. If it weren't for the lousy Long Island traffic it would be much better.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Only negatives are it needs to be about one foot longer so there could be more storage space behind the back seats. Also, the way you have to remove part of the bumper to get to the trailer hitch stinks. If you pulled a trailer once a year it would be bad enough but I pull one about once a week and it is a pain to have to take off and put back on.

I bought a 2012 G37sX from Irwin back in June 2012. The deal I got was awesome. To this day I tell me friends. Of course, after the purchase came the service intervals. This can be the source of much angst as many of us with considerable experieince know all too well. While the deal is the first step, and a critical one, it's pretty much over after the sale. The service intervals however are where the longterm relationship is built. I could tell right away, and continue to see to this day, that this is something Circle Infiniti places great awareness on. Every service interval (67,500 miles now) was top shelf. No BS of any kind. I deal mostly with John, but have also dealt with the rest of the service staff. They all treat you with respect and transparency. I have never left asking myself "what the xxxx just happened?". Every service interval, I go in asking a lot of questions. Being in IT, I think analytically, and I can tell when I'm being xxxxxxxxxxx. That just doesn't happen. All my questions are answered fully. No added nonsense about extra repair work I need (but really don't). I've been driving since 1977, and have accumulated a vast body of experience with having my vehicles worked on by various dealers and mechanics. Circle Infiniti is without question the best thus far. I plan on buying my next car from them (be ready Irwin :) ) and have every confidence that the subsequent service interactions will continue to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. If it weren't for bad luck I would have no luck, last night I picked my car up from an oil change and brake job, mind you it looked & ran better than the day I bought it thanks to Ann's knowledgable advice and recommendations. However, after idling in stopped traffic on a 100+ degrees day for over an hour I noticed that my car was driving strangely, it would buck when I accelerated and the service engine light came on. I called Circle Service and explained what happened and was told to bring the car back there right away and that it was concerning to her, and that if I felt uncomfortable to tell her so we could arrange a way to have it towed to her. VERY RARELY do people care about their customers in such a way! Knowing I cannot be without a car she assured me she would have a loaner ready and waiting. After a long nerve wrecking 30mph track down the parkway I got to Circle and was met by Yuri straight away who helped me remove my belongings and get settled into my choice of an immaculate QX50. Ann came right to the door and greeted me with her million dollar smile and made me feel so at ease. She had me in and out within 5 minutes without an appointment. Her STELLAR customer service is the main reason I keep returning to Infiniti for services on my car instead of going to a local shop that would charge half the price and give no where near half the service. Annie is also the person I recommend to EVERYONE I know that drives an infiniti and are looking for a service center, and she NEVER disappoints! Thank you for having such great staff between her and Yuri who is always beyond accommodating with me, keep up the great work Circle!!
