My wife and I were not going to buy a car the day we went to the Roseville Automall. We were looking at cars online and our intention was to test drive the ones we liked. This, to help us make our final decision. We are owners of an Infiniti M35, and we love it for cost of ownership, among other things. Our favorite car, that we saw online, was the QX50. We thought we would not be able to afford the QX50 the way we wanted it equipped. We also wanted to look at a few other cars by different makers at other dealerships. Let me tell you about the contrast between your dealership and the others. All the dealers met us quick enough in the parking lot and greeted us, but your guy Matt Saretsky made my wife and I feel the most comfortable. At the other dealers, I felt like they were pressuring me to commit to buying a car before they could even define any general deal terms. It didn???t make any sense to me. Moreover, I felt pushed into looking at a very specific car on the lot. At one dealership, I was looking at a 2018 that was dirty and obviously a ???demo??? car, if such a thing exists. It just looked used to me and had over 2000 miles on it. Matt did no such thing. Within 5 minutes of us arriving at the lot he showed us a 2019 QX50, that we really liked. He did not insult our intelligence by insisting that we convince him that we were there to buy a car. In fact, we told every dealer we saw that we were NOT there to buy a car. Matt asked me what it would take for me to want to buy the car that day, and I told him. 10 mins later, Matt handed me written terms almost to the letter of what we said it would take for us to buy the car that day. Then we test drove the 2019 QX 50. We were impressed with the car in every category. Matt had us test drive a car that had features we thought we would not be able to afford (panoramic moonroof, Heads Up Display, InTouch System, Around-View Monitor, etc.). Matt did a thorough job of pointing out all the features of the car, which was fully loaded. Before we moved on to look at cars at other dealerships we had a great conversation with Jeffrey Monioz who further emphasized what a great deal we were getting. We then continued to the other dealerships. We didn???t leave another dealer with any terms, in writing. Nor did we drive another car, for which we wanted favorable deal. The next day, we returned to purchase the QX50 that Matt showed us! We got there early because we have had longs days buying cars in the past. We started working with Beckie O at around 10 AM and was done and driving of your lot at around Noon. Overall, I would highly recommend paying Infiniti Roseville in the Roseville Automall a visit to get a great car at a good price!
