Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

Yes with a caveat. Overall I generally enjoy my car but issues with going through tires and maintenance issues . Because of that would probably not buy again

Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

He processed the financing of my new car as if I had a credit score of over 775. When I raised a concern about the service contract, he took the time to offer a solution that took away any concerns I had. Was at the end of lease on my 2019 QX-50, and upgraded to the 2022 QX-55. It’s a great balance between the practical needs of a family of four with a dog and being a mid-30s women who doesn’t want to be a mom all the time. They’ve taken what was great about the QX-50 and fixed a couple of the annoying parts. It still has the Powerful engine with the unique compression that puts it over 28 mpg. A couple changes. The new QX-55 has almost all the interior space of the QX-50. You do lose a tiny bit of trunk space and height for the sporty coupe angle on the trunk. However, we could still easily fit adult skis inside. Twice already this weekend, my husband has borrowed my car when he could have just as easily taken his Infiniti - so sleek and sporty too. Since it’s human to justify a big purchase like this. Let’s chat about the new safety features like the heads up display. We had the cruise with auto breaking in our QX-50 and opted to add lane navigation and departure warnings. This made the highway drive up to Snoqualmie pass this weekend more enjoyable. And I can’t wait to take it on our road trip this summer. But really the change I am loving most is Apple Car Play (it also integrates with Android). Let’s face it the navigation in the older Infiniti’s left a lot to be desired. Now I can get Apple Maps, with my Apple Music (or Spotify or pandora) all while controlling and sending text messages with a push of a button on the steering wheel. We bought ours from Brandon G at Infiniti of Bellevue. They were able to work it to keep our monthly payment the same. So we’re all loving the upgrade and we’re really happy with the package they put together.

I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.
