White glove treatment

I purchased a vehicle from a private seller 3 days before the bumper to bumper warranty ran out. Steve in the service department made special provisions for me to get the car in on the last day of the warranty even though the service department was fully booked. From the moment I pulled into the service bay it was white glove treatment for me and the vehicle. My son and I were offered drinks within minutes of exiting the car and escorted to see Steve. While giving Steve the information he needed my car was fitted with protection for the seats floors and steering wheel. I was offered a loaner for the day which I didn't happen to need that day. When we returned later to pick up the car the same treatment was received again, everyone I had dealt with in the morning remembered my name later. My car came back with the repairs complete and very clean. I did need an oil change and it was all that I was charged for, as I paid the cashier my some asked the price of a key chain and pen set in the area and he was offered it for free. Chandler will do all my service in the future and when my is ready we will purchase her new car there.
