Pretty nice place. They have lots of information about the vehicles on their website. Leo is probably the greatest Sales Manager of any dealership anywhere. He is very nice and very straightforward. A no nonsense type of person. He cares about making sure you treated fairly. He does his best to get you through the process quickly. Financing is where dealerships slow you down, but Finance Manager Matt does his best to get you going. Great dealership. If you buy or don't buy from here, if you're looking for a car, go see Leo. He really is the best. (Side note- the coffee machines are pretty cool.)

This dealership is cool, from beginning to the end. I walked into store and very warm welcome. They asked me if I need a cold water or the coffee? After few seconds later salesman shows up and greeted me very well and nice smile. Car was ready outside for my arrival. Car was fairly clean and salesman was very nice gentlemen. Open my car door and he gave me the car key with explanation of the vehicle features. I went to test drive my own, was a nice ride. After I come back from the demo drive, salesman was waiting for me! I like the whole process, it was very fast. Finance toke total 15mins. My salesman name was Bryan B. and the manager name was Leo S. Both this gentlemen was great the way treat me and assist me. I went to Selective Autoplex in Carrollton for a used BMW I3. They had so many different choices to chose from with different options. I found more BMW I3's here than at the local BMW dealership in Dallas. Darrell Hair was my salesman and great to work with. Very friendly experience and enjoyed the process from beginning to end. I came to the dealership pre-qualified for an auto loan which made everything fast and easy. I selected which car I wanted and was out the door in a couple hours. No pressure and was offered Hotdogs!

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

My experience buying a used Honda CRV was good. Salesman Fred was very polite and did a great job making sure that I drove as many cars as I wanted before deciding on the vehicle. The finance manager was also very polite. Negotiations with the General manager was reasonable and did not take much time. The dealer definitely has a lot of low mileage vehicles at reasonable price.
