My overall experience was quite well actually, the person I worked with was very kind and hands-on about the date/time I could come in and look at the car and the payment process and which would work best for me and which one wouldn't and if it would be easier to pay in all cash or do a monthly car payment. I was also a little confused over which model of the car was better to go with since one was a newer model but I liked the color on the other 1 better, so I went with the newer model because he/she explained the newer model held a little more gas per mile and had the updated back up camera and g-ps unlike the other model of the car, I could always go to an auto-repair place and get a good paint job in the color I like.
I met the salesman Kimbrough Austin and he was amazing he really showed he cares and really wants to help you everyone there is so friendly and polite and it is a great place buy your car. I recommend you go there and ask for Kimbrough for the best service you can ask for.
Service advisor Nicholas is such an amazing guy to work with! He is very thoughtful all while striving to complete the task at hand all handling multiple clients. I’d like to say thank you for being extremely professional aiming to please.

My services was amazing today!! The staff could be more friendly. I was looking at a car on the show room floor and the man who sit next to the cashier didn’t bother to ask if I needed help, he not a friendly guy at all.
Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! The Service manager Joe was attentive and knowledgeable and always tried to do his best to help me then things went wrong. My service advisor Justin also was caring and did his best to resolve every issue. In the end the Rover was not for me due to various problems but the service department scores a 5/5 in my book!
I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team.
Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day.
When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating.
Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!!
Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward.

My husband and I went to look for a new car. We stopped by Hennessy Jaguar in Alpharetta. While we were strolling the lot, we were approached by this exquisite gentleman, "Roger Harry." He's a very professional guy. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about their cars. I was impressed because he's not the normal pushy salesman. I entered the dealership with the interest of a certified pre-own car and left with the purchase of a NEW 2019 F Pace . I would definitely work with Roger Harry again. Had an outstanding experience purchasing our 2016 Discovery 5+2. We started with Brittany who was very responsive as an internet sales coordinator. She covered all our questions and kept us updated as she identified delivery dates of vehicles meeting our specs. She was not pushy, knew what we were looking for and didn't try to talk us into something on the lot. She was the constant professional and responded at all times of the day/evening/weekend and even when she was off. She even stayed 2 hours late (My fault) to take us on our test drive. The purchase was easy and our vehicle was delivered and prepped with the level of service I would expect.
I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. Everyone was warm and inviting and my business was handled very promptly...I will be visiting Mark again once they get the right XJL in for me to trade!
We really can???t say enough about our experience with Hennessy Jaguar Gwinnett in buying our new 2019 F-Pace. The experience started on chat with our amazing sales person Anita Whitten. We didn???t make it very easy for her hitting her with question after question, but she stuck with us and answered every one. Two days later we got to meet her face to face. She had 3 cars we were looking at ready to go. When we picked the one we liked, she continued to answer all our questions while making us feel like we were the only customers there. They honored everything we talked about and then some. During our time there we got to meet a fantastic very friendly Sale Manager named Mary Denawetz whose personality kept us smiling. The financing part of the process was a breeze with Chris O???Keefe running the show and we even screwed him up forgetting that we had left our credit on hold, but he didn???t skip a beat. Just when we thought we were done with this great experience, Anita introduces us to one of the nicest guys I???ve ever met and he commences to put together all the little things that come with the car and sits there with us and gives us the basics on how everything works. He isn???t done there, he tells us he is going to drive out to our place in a week or to and go through all the things he didn???t cover. ( we live an hour away). Finally it was time to shake hands to go, but I swear I felt more like giving every one a hug. Fantastic establishment, fantastic people and one could only wish that all car buying experiences were this awesome. Thank you all!!!???
This is our 3rd Jaguar from this dealship. Our previous sales rep (Sandra Malone) retired and we were very sad because she gave the most professional service we???d ever experienced! However, we met Roman Brown and his calm demeanor, product knowledge, follow-up, attention to detail won us over. I am enthralled with my purchase and hope to drive my 2015 Chrysler 200 (14,000 miles) for the next 8-10 years. I would advise that before any purchase is made, check all online sources to make sure the price you???re getting is the lowest one.
It’s almost a year since I have been driving my Range Rover Evoque . This vehicle is very reliable and good on gas. It’s a strong vehicle but elegant at the same time . The vehicle speaks for itself . I am very grateful to Richard Cohen from Land Rover in Huntington because he has been amazing from day one when I sat at his desk going over different vehicles until I walked out the door with the keys to my vehicle . My experience with Land Rover in Huntinton Long Island has been wonderful . From day one the staff was very professional . Richard was assigned to me by the receptionist at Land Rover and from the minute he became my sales man he made sure that I got everything I was looking for in my vehicle and then some .
