Best buying experience ever.
I came to look at a BMW M3 and a BMW 338.
I ended up buying a $2008 SCLASS on my 2nd vist.
There was no pressure at all and everyone was so helpful. ..

Moss Bros. Jeep Service Department Review

I made an appointment a couple on Thursday for Saturday. I tried to make it Friday but the advisor I was talking with said he didn't have anything until Saturday afternoon at 3 pm. I had a scheduled dinner with my family which I rearranged for a later time. However, when I got to the Moss Bros. Service Department there was no record of my appointment. Needless to say I was a little upset because something similar to this has happened to me on the Honda side at Moss Bros. Service Advisor Oscar saw that I was upset and immediately began calming me down and told me not to worry that he would help me anyway. He did and every thing came out okay.
My suggestion to Moss Bros. Jeep is to have intensive customer support training for Service Advisors and might not be a bad idea to have Oscar do the training.
2013 Jaguar XF SC Review
80k miles and going strong

I purchased my cpo 13 xf 2.0 when it had 3k miles on it for 40k$ in 2013. Since it has best bumper to bumper protection at no cost for 6yrs/100k miles.
Pros: always feel safe and fun to drive.
Its a jaguar
Cons: turbo went out at 40k miles and jag replaced it for free of cost no deducts. Waterpump around 60k replaced by jag free of cost.
Apart from these two just the oil changes now and then. Usual oil changes cost 250$ at delearship and some services cost around 700 once a year.
The brake rotors and pads job at the dealer gave me qoute of close to 2400$ . I got the different parts from outside and replaced for around 700$ .
So in 80k miles i had to replace brakes twice and regular oil changes. I recommend having warranty on this vehicle.

2017 Jaguar XF 35t Premium Review
What a Great Car!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT!

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love my Jag!!! I own a 2017 Jaguar XF 35T Premium. Hands down, this is the most enjoyable car that I have ever owned!
I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my time to include Mercedes, BMW, Lincoln, Maserati and Audi to name a few! I typically lease my vehicles for 3 years max and then get a new one. We purchased this car pre-owned as I thought to get away from leasing. No regrets whatsoever! I have not had a single problem nor even a single complaint with this car, it has been such a pleasure to own so far.
It has such a nice look to it (mine is a black exterior with a black interior)... I constantly get compliments on it! The ride and power are just Superb on the 35T, not to mention the fuel economy is great with the amount of performance it delivers! Best seats in any car I’ve owned!
These Jags have one of the best transmissions in the world! Same transmission used in many high end cars to include Audi, BMW, Aston Martin, Bentley, Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Rolls Royce to name a few. It shifts so solid, quick and flawless and has instant power when needed.
I keep finding new touches on my Jag that so many manufacturers miss. If you’re considering one of these, the 2017’s are a great model year to buy. Believe me, I did my research and no regrets at all.
I’m trying to think of any complaints I can point out but I really don’t have any. They just really made this one spot on!
If you’re tired of the common BMW, Audi, Mercedes (yes they start to get old after awhile)... buy the Jaguar XF... the 35T is the way to go! I recommend this car so highly!
Good customer service all though it would be nice to get more information over the phone

Best performing sedan I have ever owned.

Outstanding sedan in all aspects. Always a joy to drive. Surprising power and awesome exhaust tone. Engine expertly matched to transmission. Corners extremely well for a sedan.
The car is fairly large, all leather interior, cleans up from dog prints and hair very easily. Handles beyond expectation with little body roll, just short of being agile.
friendly and courteous! my car was finished on time and returned to me as if I had not moved it. That meaning the job was done without breaking a single thing. I had bought my car new from this dealer
and was pleased then as now! Would I buy again from this dealer? Of course but for now the this 2007 Honda fit sport is running strong. Do I have any complaints? yeah the factory radio screen face has turned white! Ok I said it! I bet no one noticed you don't see 2007 Honda fit's on the lot's too much. That is because we like them and drive them! Well thanks to the people at Rock Honda and keep up the good work!
