Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

The agency is clean, competent, friendly, they get things taken care of in a decent amount of time, there are amenities for customers who are waiting, like pastry and coffee, they wash your car as a courtesy, they keep me abreast of service needed in the near future and I have never had to bring the car back twice for the same issue.

Would recommend this vehicle. Overall very good value and has proven very reliable. Sorry to hear it is being discontinued Jeep had a winner and what I thought was a great tweeter between the Compass and Grand Cherokee.

We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

I was in the market for a Honda Type R for a couple months, pretty hard to find, but Marhofer Hyundai had a red one. The dealership was extremely friendly, zero pressure, really put you at ease. Mike Baldwin asked what car I was looking for and when I told him the Type R, he said let’s go grab the keys. After talking for about 5 mins, he handed me the keys and said go take it for a drive where ever you want, let me know how it was when you get back. That was a first for me (this is the 7th car I’ve purchased in my life), especially for the type of car it was, I was kinda shocked. The car was beautiful. 2 days later I purchased the car and have loved it ever since. I had zero pressure, no spamming of phone calls after my visit or texts, no stress.
