They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. Went in for service on our 2011 Laredo Cherokee and was immediately assisted and greeted. George in service was great and didn't give us any run around. We then continued to walk the inventory as our car was being serviced, we met James and he was super friendly, he invited us to look at the newer Grand Cherokees. Even though we were not in the market for a new vehicle, we continued to work with James for the next few weeks. He sent us info on new and preowned Jeeps through email which gave us a chance to research them. After we narrowed it down to the exact vehicle and were able to come back in, James was out but had asked John Freeman pull it up, wash it, and had it ready for us to look at. Needless to say the experience overall was the best, we absolutely love our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Upland. Thank you Gentlemen there at Roberson Motors, you all are truly professionals and have earned our business.
I wasn???t looking forward to buying a car from a dealer, after past experiences of hard sell, pushing up sell, unending follow-up calls, etc. this visit had none of that. He listened to what I wanted and my target price, only showed me those. I got a great car at a great price. Highly recommend.

We got a great deal for black friday weekend. Nate and the nice finance lady (who helped my wife get through the process) stayed late so we could take advantage of the promotion. Their coffee machine makes good coffee. So far we're loving our new renegade limited, especially the rain-sensing wipers and the heated seats and steering wheel, not to mention the blind spot detection feature. We even managed to pull up current weather radar on the display. I feel like we're well-equipped for winter weather driving in Oregon. Thanks Roberson!
My husband and I went in just to look and test drove a Jeep. As we were walking thru the lot we found one that we both LOVED. It had more options than we wanted so we asked April if they had the same with different options. Not only was she able to find what we wanted, she found the EXACT one we wanted! She was great to work with!! Even after the purchase, she still stayed even though after closing hours to walk us thru all the gadgets and where everything was. This was the first time we've ever gone to Roberson's and will for sure be returning customers. GREAT EXERIENCE! Loved how quick the whole process was as well! Highly recommend April Bowling!!

Brian Osgood really went to bat for me regarding my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. Had nearly $3000 in warranty work finished in a timely manner, and Brian's in-person and phone communication over the course of a week's worth of work was always polite, friendly, and made me feel like things were getting done. I had found a 2004 Kia on cars.com and contacted Lassen in Albany, Or. Victor the salesman called right back and i told him what i was looking for and that my husband also had to fit in it. So we went down to see a couple of cars and Victor was great. We did buy the Kia and my husband (who is 6ft 6in) fit in it great. Even the back seat. The process went smoothly and i will tell other family and friends to try them too. I really liked the fact that since it was my car we were trading in and buying a new/used one that Victor talked to me and answered all my questions i had . It was a nice to be treated with respect .
I filled out an online lead form about a car I was interested in buying. The call was returned to me within an hour. Big Dan talked me into stopping down to take it for a test drive. It was an hour away from my house but worth the trip. The price was fair and it felt very professional and legitimate to work with these folks. They have great quality cars to choose from. For the most part they are dent free, well taken care of, desirable pre-owned cars. After a brief test drive, it was a no-brainer that I should purchase this car for my wife.
The finance process was so quick and simple. We were done with papers in about 15 minutes. The total experience was not even an hour. The even better wow experience was that we were snowed in for two days following the purchase of the car but they delivered it to our doorstep anyway.
From the the first phone call to the last text to follow up on my overall satisfaction, the experience was outstanding. There are not enough stars on this app to give you the full perspective on how top-notch this buying process was.
Now we are two days into owning this car and my wife is totally impressed that a used car could be that solid, drive so tight, and feel like a new car even though it has 90,000 miles on it. It is a 2011 mini Cooper that we bought. It is almost flawless for a car of that age and mileage.
John in finance was so helpful and responsive. He got a rate established for my wife that was beyond what we could've asked for based on her poor credit history. We wound up opting in for the extended warranty, after all it is a used BMW product.
The selection of cars, motorcycles, and other toys made it seem like a car Disney World/hidden gem out there in Albany. I've never been to that area before but I had a great trip and it's worth the drive from the Portland area.
