I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I like to buy vehicles every few years. So I've been to many dealers. One of the things I loved about this place was that it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. They didn't push you or hurry you. Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

I've purchased hated Lincolns from fiesta before,those last transaction with Tawny Anderson was the best experience in sometime, walked me through all the cars functions (which I may not remember all of them). Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

Overall positive experience. I found the truck online, and when I got to the dealership the pictures were accurate of condition. Worked with John, let me drive the car wherever I wanted (other dealers only had predetermined routes and they sat in the back). Had 1 concern about the truck, which John handled before I came back the next day to bring my trade in. Buying process was straight forward, and no hard-ball tactics.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.
