Terrific Experience with Jeep Lease

This lease is my second lease with Jeep. I set up an appointment to meet with Phil McTaggart, but when I arrived at the dealership, Phil was busy with another customer. Luckily, JuaQuin Bonner stopped over saying he would help start looking into options for me while Phil was finishing up. I'm thankful he started the process because I cannot stand how long you spend in a dealership, even if you walk out without a car. Phil didn't stop over once and left the dealership without even acknowledging I was there (if it weren't for JuaQuin's terrific customer service, I would have left extremely angry about that and given LHM Colorado Chrysler Jeep a poor review). JuaQuin understood that I had financial limitations due to being a full-time student and showed me/priced out various options to see if any would work. He truly listened, which was unlike the experience I had at the LHM 104th location, where I left due to the salesman not truly listening to what I wanted and needed. I could not be happier with my new Jeep Cherokee and I can confidently say that if it weren't for JuaQuin, I would not have re-leased with Jeep.
