I bought my car 3 weeks after Hurricane Harvey flooded my old vehicle. To no fault of Mike Smiths dealership it has been in the shop 5 times over the last 4 months or so. This dealership has gone above and beyond in servicing my vehicle...while the dealership I bought it from initially told me when my car first started acting up the “soonest they could get me in would be in 2 months.” Mike Smith got me in the next day.
While I’m fairly certain my car is a lemon, I would HIGHLY recommend Mike Smith to anyone looking for great service. Also, thank you Lauren Lee for taking my phone calls everyday checking up on the status of my car. You’ve been phenomenal! And thank you to the Service Manager for being an active part in attempting to find the issue with my car and to all the guys who have spent their time working on it.
