Although it took the dealership two tries to figure out what the problem was with my vehicle, it’s now running smoothly. Ended up being without a car for 4 days instead of 2. The Service Representative, Keir, was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He did all he could to assist me.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I went for inspection and oul filter change. Check the current discounted offers online before going, otherwise the tech will not make you aware of them and you’ll pay extra.

the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this establishment salesman was Harold Martin I had the car checked out and it checked out perfectly only thing the radio didn't work well Mr Martin charge me another $115 to get the radio fixed now I don't know what the xxxx is wrong with this radio it works sometimes sometimes it doesn't I'm expecting Mr Martin to honor our agreement and fix the radio on a very good note they have a receptionist there her name is Georgia I'm telling you this lady is just awesome what a nice personality over the phone and even when you're in the dealership I definitely think she is a great employee

I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

Go with the 3.2 V 6 it has plenty of power. The Auto engine stop/start is terrible even if it does save gas it is too jerky

Ordered new , love it so far , I went with the 2.0 turbo , far more responsive than expected , this coming from a life long V-8 driver . Went with the Lattude Lux model , came with many standard feature & we added everything else on the option list , the sun & sound package with the panoramic sunroof and this premium Alpine sound system is awesome . Just wish they would offer more interior colors , had money added in the deal so we could install a differnet color Katzkin leather interior

The Jeep Cherokee is engineered for lasting a long time, my last Jeep had about 200,000 miles on it. Performance is dismal at times, when you need power wait a while. The gas mileage and ride, and the fact that it powers through snow do make it great for the Nevada winter.

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.
