I Purchased a 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO on line. I'm 3 1/2 hours away so everything was phone and email. Couldn't have been an easier process. I was sent a video walk around of the truck and the manager pointed out every little rock chip or imperfection. From Wes the Manager to Brian in Finance to Ryan in Sales...Top Notch! I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. The truck was priced fairly and when the shipper delivered it, the condition was exactly as I was told, No Surprises! I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

When I arrived I was greeted by Russell McPaul who answered all of my questions, brought up a vehicle to take for a test drive and worked with me throughout the purchasing process. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Collision repair was excellent. Waiting time at service desk to pick up vehicle was rather long. Felt like I was being ignored while she made several phone calls.

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

Go with the 3.2 V 6 it has plenty of power. The Auto engine stop/start is terrible even if it does save gas it is too jerky

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

I had this dealership work with me over the phone , my salesman was very kind and helpful .I live in Florida so he sent me video's of the 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport I wanted he let me listen to engine running and even drove it on video for me I ended up purchasing the vehicle, they did everything , set up shipping for me , it arrived Christmas morning and looked just as good as it did in the video's , was best present I could get, these XJ Cherokee's are hard to find and Autoland sold me a beauty I highly recommend commend this dealership and am thinking of buying a classic muscle car once I sell a couple of my other vehicles and I will give Autoland first crack at finding one for me .I proudly keep their license plate frame on my car to let others know where to find beautiful vehicles like the one I purchased. So if you want a newer vehicle or a classic like the one I purchased I highly recommend Autoland , they sell quality vehicles at quality prices and they do it in a very helpful courteous way .

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. A few years ago I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, at the time it had 24,000 miles. Today it has 68,000, at the time it was a really good upgrade from my last vehicle, a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I loved the comfortable cloth seats, the V6 engine had tons of power for commuting and good gas mileage (I've gotten over 30 on the highway). After 5 years of owning my Cherokee it has never let me down, it has only gone into the shop for a CV Axle, which Chrylser had paid for most of, and tires. Now that my Jeep is going on 7 years old, I'm in the market for another car, I've not even considered anything other than a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, especially because I am considering leasing and lease deals are awesome with Jeep / Chysler.

Annual safety inspection. They were very quick and did not try to up-sell me on any additional service items. Good Experience. Will definitely use them again for future service.

Was a little behind of getting my vehicle at the scheduled time but other than that did a good job and had good communication with updates

Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.
