sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.

Amazing car very comfortable. Love the leather interior and the color and look of it. SUV has everything I was looking for heated seats sun roof fog lights Bluetooth setup.

I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.
This was the very best car buying experience in my life! It is so refreshing to know that there are honest and caring car sales associates out there.
A nice car overall. Comfortable on trips.

This car is an excellent value compared to others the same size and features. Does not have all the fancy gadgets and touchscreens, but those are more things to go wrong. Gas mileage is fair. CVT automatic takes some time to get used to, but likeable.
From the moment I walked in, I was confident that I would find a good, reliable used car at a decent price. The no haggle pricing is simple, direct and less than average pricing. I will go there if I ever need another car.

I had several problems early on with my new Jeep Compass 2016. The reason I’m writing this is because I had, what should have been a minor accident and turned out the car was a total loss. I was bruised several places and very surprised the air bag didn’t go off. I did not feel safe in this car after my accident. Look at consumer reports before you by your next car. Jeeps are not rated well. I recommend buying a car with higher ratings.
This is the best dealership in Wisconsin. Craig Lukas and Mark Bacon treated me like family. Truly good people. Danny was was a great salesman. If you want a great deal from great people you must buy from Schlossmann Honda city.

I’m not really sure I like the compass! I kind of want to trade it in! It makes weird noises! I’m having issues with the radio already too
Dave Shepard was no-pressure, listened to our wants for a new car, and delivered! He did not try to sell us on a more expensive car than we were looking for. Very easy car buying experience and extremely satisfied with our purchase.
Great customer service with pleasant personal. Service was performed in a timely manner. Waiting room warm with snacks available. Would encourage family and friends to buy here.
