Dealing with Robbie was great. I purchased the vehicle over the phone since I live in another state. He made the entire process very easy and was nice to talk to. He would always return my phone call or text and was very helpful. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had and may ever have. The finance manager Chase was very helpful and kind as well. The entire group at this dealership was very professional and kind over the phone and through text messaging. I will always be thankful for them. My experience went perfect and had no issues. This dealership should be recognized for their great customer service. A++
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
we were looking for a suv , we were comparing different vehicle our sales lady was sara , she was so helpful ,she answered all of our questions very well , and I like to ask a lot of questions, we compared prices of used and new , dave the manger he was the best , he made sure sara went through every thing , she is very good at what she does. we did purchase a new jeep very very happy with every thing. before we left they made sure it was all cleaned up , tank full of gas , I also want to thank chase for every thing he did for us. job well done

I had no intention of buying a new car until I drove a rental Compass and just couldn't believe how it drove. I highly recommend test driving this car if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle.
Dave did an outstanding job helping me pick out a new Jeep and going over all the available features. He also helped me determine the best financing options.

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
