Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.
I had had my jeep in once before with the same issue for the 9 speed transmission shifting issue, the applied more firmware for this. The service tech called and explained everything to me, said drive it and if anything changes to let them know.
I spoke with Angie Bland on the phone she was awesome! Very polite and and took lots of time to answer my questions. All though I could not get the loan, they still were nice about it and helped me with other options! Thanks Angie :)

For sometime now, i wanted a pick up truck for both pleasure and business use. Unlike a lot of other car shoppers, i would consider myself to be a very thorough shopper. I've leased so many vehicles in the past. I live over an hour away from Garden City Jeep and thanks to true car, i was able to reach out to a handful of Jeep/ Dodge dealership. I visited 3 of them before i ended up at Garden City!! From my initial encounter with Garden City, it was very professional. I was corresponding with Brittany via email before i scheduled an appointment. I knew of the promotions going on before i arrived. Upon my arrival, my salesman was Charlie Gonzalez. Hands down, from all my previous leases, Charlie's got to be one of my favorite salesman. The way he was dressed, his mannerism towards my mother and i was totally professional. He made sure our needs were known and met. Within the hour, i decided on the vehicle i wanted, test drove it & decided on the price. For some reason the store was very very busy, so i understood patience was needed. Charlie did his best to push everything through and kept us informed as to what's happening & the delay. He thanked us for our patience and cooperation. Within 4-5 hours, i was able to drive out the lot with the vehicle. Personally speaking, being in business for a decade & being a hustler, i got a steal from this dealership. I picked up a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 hemi 5.7L for literally chump change a month given my A+ credit score. Overall, as a consumer, i feel like i got a GREAT deal. To the other consumers rating this dealership or looking to go into this dealership, do your research, shop around, see what deals are there and then come to Garden City, ask for Charlie & be up front with him. Tell him what you want, what prices you've got from other dealerships and how Garden city can either match or beat the prices. Overall patience is needed, but with Charlie, you won't be disappointed. I still had a good car a 2009 Acura mdx with low mileage, but with the family no longer close by I wanted a sedan and was contemplating between the 2014 Kia optima sxl and vw cc..ended up with the Kia which I don't regret bcos..Peter and Lou made it happen and the car is a wow..its a beauty and drives with a punch👍👍 and compared to other dealers, I had a very good deal....i might still come for the cc too😁. Keep being honest....

Best car buying experience ever. I am a very savvy car, buyer. I was in no hurry to buy my new car. I live in Tallahassee, but was willing to go as far as Orlando to get a good deal. I received offers from about 12 different dealers. The price for the same vehicle varied by 1000's of dollars. Several dealers would give me low prices, but would not follow up with a formal offer. I finally found Orange Park Chrysler Jeep in Jacksonville, FL. My first interaction was with Richard Bateman who gave me a very detailed breakdown of the out the door price, right down to the $2.00 lemon law fee. During our negotiations, which was done via email, Richard had to leave so he directed my correspondence to Blake Roberts who took over and helped compete the deal without stepping foot in the dealer. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle Gene Myers took over and explained all the paperwork, discussed warranty, free oil changes and was very friendly and professional. I next met with Thomas Bobango who setup the financing and again was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in my new Jeep Patriot in no time at all. Orange Park Chrysler gave me the best price of all the other dealers, was professional and courteous and made the purchasing of a new car a pleasure.

Received prompt, courteous service from beginning to end. Clyde Stevens rocks!! Updates were provided throughout my relatively short wait.. services did a great job of finding a part they didn't have in stock to complete my safety recall repairs. Waiting area inside & out was comfortable & clean, even the bathrooms. Good hot coffee was provided & experienced friendly staff throughout the facility. I usually dread going to the dealership & have worked in customer service industry for 11 years.. this is the place to go for services through a dealership in jacksonville. Only one criticism.. was turned off by being solicited to buy while I waited.. despite the friendly demeanor of this associate... thought that was pretty tacky. Overall.. had a wonderful experience.
The reason I went to Stephen Wade was that a friend had advised to go there and ask if they could match a pending deal for a Ram truck that was offered by a dealer in Phoenix. That deal had seemed to good to be true - a chance in a lifetime. But timing and circumstances made it difficult to make the drive to Utah and I was not certain that this dealer would honor the price of the 2017 Ram and the trade-in they had offered for my truck online
So I drove the short distance to Stephen Wade and they spent a lot of time with me - talking about trucks and cars and rebates and looking for available vehicles on their lot that came close to what I had in mind. And they opined that maybe the deal in Phoenix was just to attract customers and not valid.
What they did was locate a 2017 Ram truck, base model, that I liked and said they would order it and gave me a good price,. And they checked out my truck and told me the amount they would offer for that trade-in.
I was disappointed at the trade-in value. I had not cleaned it up and cleared out my stuff because I was not really looking to buy - just checking them out.
But I liked the truck - as it appeared on paper, having tested a similar truck - so I accepted and we began the sale process and then it appeared that truck was no longer available.
They located another of the same model with a more amenities at a higher price.
I did not care for the extra features and I wavered - and they lowered the price and added rebates and it came to almost as good as the tentative offer in Phoenix, and by this time I was excited about getting a new truck.
So I accepted and signed the papers.
Then I regretted the decision since it will put me farther into debt and the Veterans Administration has decided to ignore some medical expenses for surgery by a doctor outside the VA. which I had expected to get them to pay.
A friend advised me to go back to Stephen Wade and tell them I want to cancel the deal because it was not a good move for me financially.
I did so.
They told me there was no 3-day window to return a new vehicle in Utah, as the friend has suggested. But they worked on it and came back with an offer to effectively raise the trade-in allowance on my old truck and refund the increase in cash.
I figured I could use this to make a couple monthly payments on debts and by then my situation would be more stable and so I was happy to accept.
Then the truck arrived and I cleaned out my old truck and drove there and made the exchange.
They took some time to explain features of the new truck, changes in technology that I will take time for me to get accustomed to.
And they have called me since to check on how I am doing with the new truck.
Mostly I am pleased at the amount of time and trouble they went to get me comfortable with the truck and the deal.
And I love the truck.
