My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is absolutely amazing. It’s great in the snow and very reliable. Go to see Jared at Arlington Heights CDJR! He’s so great! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He’s young but extremely knowledgeable.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a very warm and professional reception by Service advisor Robyn Sherman. The dealer kept my car for 3 days and Robyn kept me informed of the progress of the repair each time I called to check on the status. I rate her with high marks on customer service.

I absolutely love everything about this car! It is so comfortable and reliable. The buying process was so easy and fast. I appreciate that they valued my time.
Didn't get a loaner car at first for a warranty repair (None Available). After they were not able to fix the problem on the first day, I was able to get a loaner car. Even though it took two trips to the dealer, I am completely satisfied with the service. Ron did a great job. Being a new model year, I think the technicians did a great job.

My Daughter drives it daily. Great vehicle, but we live in Vermont long winters. I am not happy that Jeep put an all season tire in the North East. Which in turn cost us another $800.00 dollars for Snow tires. My Bought a 2018 Renegade, loves it to. Slid on all seasons in 4 wheel drive = FENDER BENDER. Come on Jeep on off road tires in the future. We shouldn't have keep buying tires for the seasonal changes. Thanks P.S. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 hundred, and I love it. switched from a chevy for ten years. Great job on the Pick-up.

I downsized from a full size Ram pickup truck due to health issues. This is a perfect fit for me, as I am but 5 ft tall. I love the 4 wheel drive option, since I'm a born and raised southerner and need it for those snowy Ohio days.
It's a true joy to feel comfortable, yet safe, and this vehicle delivers.
I love the panoramic sun roof!!!!!!

I was 700 miles away from my home when the service engine light went on. Luckily I was near a dealer. Bottom line - there was water in a cylinder, which was a factory defect. I was without my vehicle for 6 weeks because a new engine needed to be ordered. I bought the car brand new and only had it for 3 months, by the way. The warranty covered everything. When I got it back, the stop start feature wasn't working. I have been waiting for SEVEN months for the battery for that to be available!!!
Both Randy Fleming and Jack internet sales rep made the buying experience go smoothly and seamlessly. Randy provided an awesome review of the Challenge R/T Scat Pack computer systems. BZ to Randy and Jack. I would buy another vehicle from Randy/Jack.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

The Jeep Compass 2018 is hands down the best car I could imagine owning. It is tough, stylish, affordable and high tech. It makes the driving experience much more enjoyable. I wake up every morning excited to able to drive my Jeep.
I went in on a Friday night after work, I had my heart set on this beautiful teal blue 2015 CR-V. We were just looking, as I didn???t really need a car, because my 03 civic was still a great car. I drove two cars with Brandon Reese, and I fell in love with the blue CR-V!!! We worked on paperwork that night, finished it the next day ( it was almost closing time when I went in). Bob Zimmerman is probably my favorite person at the dealership. He was kind and polite and got my payments well below where I wanted them. I had been to another dealership Saturday morning and looked at a couple of cars, and they couldn???t have paid me to leave with the car. I won???t ever shop anywhere else. My only complaint about the entire process, is they did not get the smoke smell out of my car, but I took care of that issue!!!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

There are issues with the car not starting at times. Seems to be a big issue with the newer compass models. Dealerships can't seem to resolve the computer glitch that keeps happening. One month old and been in the shop 3 times for this no start issue.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

Like the look, style & size. Not happy with the so called Anti Theft set up. I bought the car in March 2019. 2019 Compass. Within three days I was stranded. It would not start. Long story short, several calls to the dealer, roadside assistance and was informed of a built in anti theft program that cannot be disconnected. The fix. Walk away for an hr, come back, hold brake for count of three and it will clear & start. To date this has happened four times. This anti theft set up was never mentioned when purchased. Dealer was as confused as i was initially and said they were unaware of this programming. This is a disaster in the making. What would happen if you were in an emergency situation and this anti theft program locks your car down!

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

I've had 3 previous older vehicles that were quiet but now I have a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass that sounds like it's 20 years old and constantly has a sweet smell. Jeep service guys can't find anything wrong with it but something has to be wrong for it to make all this unnecessary noise.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! We love the way the Jeep rides, the 4 wheel drive, the fact that it's higher off the ground, the fuel mileage. It is so smooth to drive. So comfortable. And so pretty! Love the laser blue color. The interior is pretty sharp looking too! I wanted something for driving through bad weather in winter, higher off the ground that was comfortable, but had had a nice ride and had fuel economy too. Wanted something that looked good too!
