Overall, a good experience.

Bought a new Grand Cherokee. The buying process was a bit of a struggle to get my price, but cordial afterwards. All went well until a shorted computer connector forced a trip to the service department. They gladly gave me a loaner, fixed the problem quickly, and apologized for the inconvenience. After a year, I never been happier with any vehicle. Salesperson checks back from time to time to see if I’m still satisfied. I guess if you expect perfection, they missed the mark. I expect value for my money and help when I need it. On that, I give them 5 stars.
