Best car buying experience

I had the unique opportunity to lease a new Pacifica two weeks ago. My wife has been wanting it for quite a while but we were still stuck in another lease for another 3 months. She absolutely hates negotiating, especially for cars. This is where Ronald comes in. I met him on a Wednesday and told him that I wanted to work a deal and get a final number to tell my wife, so she could give her approval and then just come down and test drive it. I got a lot of information from him on Wednesday and on Friday, I was back in the morning with our leased GMC Acadia, to hopefully get the numbers where we needed them to be. The discussions went through lunch time, since it was a unique deal, with us still having 3 months on a lease and a special they were running. Since it was lunch time, Ron split his lunch with me without even asking. He listened to each and every concern, question and request. Then he put my mind and my wife's mind at ease. We were able to get to a number for a lease for the exact model we wanted as well. It was a little time consuming, but what car buying experience isn't? I still needed my wife to come down and drive it for final approval, but I had to leave for 2 hours and come back due to a work related issue. They held the vehicle and the deal in place. My wife came with our kids and drove it with Ronald. She told me that he was very kind and considerate. She gave the approval and took the kids home. The financing part was the fastest I have ever done. At the end, I still needed to drop off my wife's Acadia to the GMC dealership. Ronald was there again. He followed me in our new Acadia to the dealership and waited 20 minutes for me to finish the paperwork and then we drove back to Airpark. It was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but Ronald in particular.
