The only reason I’m giving 5 stars it’s because of the service rep Chelsea. That young lady was pure class. Very professional from the moment I walked in. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with her. Over the past year I’ve been used to being ignored by the service reps. Saying good morning just to get an acknowledgment. But some people find being on their cell phone and texting is more important than responding to a good morning. You literally have to ask people for help even though there’s customer in front of you. Finally on this trip as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chelsea. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very polite and patient. She did search on the computer and sold me a package. Other Than the big guy outside who takes picture of the cars coming in, Chelsea is the absolute most professional service advisor I have ever dealt with in that dealership. Excellent service. I really felt welcomed on that day.

After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge.
