This is our second compass limited .we had a 2018 limited and everything about it was great . We just bought a 2022 Compass Limited and it is even better than the 2018 . The accereration has improved . The interior and exterior is gorgeous . This one has heated and cooled seats ,every electronic option it can park itself and drive itself although u r supposed to have your hands on the wheel . Great 10.5 in touchscreen with nav and a moonroof too on top of 19 in tires . It does hve a pending software upgrade on the radio and it has a servce bulletin on the cruise control module . Everything else great . No recalls . We bought it used for $30.5 k with 5000 mi on it . LOTTA CAR FOR THE MONEY . WE LUV IT

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

The seller was very nice to us when we ask questions he was very nice to answer them and give us a great response that would make us understand what the car had and what it didn’t have and he took his time to explain everything well you.

Had a few things I took my car in for this time. Jordan was great helping us and keeping us in the loop on our repairs. Some of the parts were slow coming, so I was without a car for a week, that was an inconvenience. Was glad I had decided to do some shopping in the area because I live over an hour away from the dealership. My door locks wouldn't work properly after I had driven away (not something I had repaired but something they had to work around). I took it right back and it was a quick and easy fix, but had I gone home it would have become a big hassle, or a stop at my local mechanic to have it fixed and charged for. The call center should be more aware of the dealerships they are working with. I asked the young woman I spoke with if she thought they would need to keep it 2 or 3 days and she kept reassuring me they'd have it done. Good thing I wasn't feeling well and decided on an after hours drop off so my husband could drive me home. Had I gone into the dealership I would have had to call someone to leave work early to come get me. Other than these couple hiccups everything went well. The staff is great down there. In fact Jordan had been transferred to another dealership during my service and he continued to check in with me and answer my questions. Great job!

This is the first brand new vehicle I have had in awhile. The safety features are really great. Blind spot warning, applied cruise control, back up camera, lane correction and on and on. I feel very safe in this vehicle. Also enjoying the keyless ignition and door lock/unlock.

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

It’s been said.. the gas mileage could absolutely be better. As well as the backup camera. It truly is terrible. Especially in the dark… really not even functional at night… also, my complaint is the lack of USB ports. It’s probably silly but.. I need more. I can’t stand apple CarPlay and the only usb up front turns on CarPlay even if I say no! Also, wish I had remote start… but the interior is so gorgeous. And the screen is a huge deal. It’s comfy ride smooth and has lots of neat features. Love my new jeep!! Did I mention how beautiful the interior is??
