I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
My 2002 Jeep Liberty was in need of long overdue service. My service advisor, Raidel, was exceptional. He had my Jeep inspected and listed everything needed in order of importance. He did all he could to keep my costs as low as he could. This was my initial time trying this facility for service and I will definitely be back.

I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!
