Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

It was very welcoming and no pushy sales. The sales man was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the process of purchasing, and all the way up to insurance and registration requirements.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I purchased my car from Liberty Buick and bring it in for service. I have always been pleased with the service. Coleat is the best.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Had annual service done on my xc60. Service was thorough and prompt. Very easy process and Jud was attentive as usual.

I bought a 2023 Jeep compass Latitude Lux. Wish they come with all the other specs in driver assists like wireless charging, power tailgate, dual zone AC control, adaptive cruise control etc.

We had never before shopped at a VW dealership nor did we know much about the selections, but he gave us the entire rundown and allowed us to test drive as much as we wanted to ensure we were making the best decision for our family. He is such a great person to work with, and even worked on his days off. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman! I love driving this car! I have a 2019 Jeep Compass trailhawk and it has been great for my daily commuting and for my road trips! It’s a big of a gas guzzler though, the gas could be better. The Auto stop doesn’t seem to make much a difference gas wise. The only problem I had with this car was a rock in the radiator, which unfortunately is how I purchased it without the dealer noticing! When I took it to the dealer they swore up and down that nothing was wrong with it. I was furious, they kept my car for 2 days just to tell me they couldn’t detect anything.I took it to a mom and pop shop and it took them 10 minutes to tell me it was the radiator. Once I got that fixed, the car has been running fine! I love driving it, it’s off road capability is pretty impressive! It has a good amount of features as well. I also got it for a pretty low price, which is awesome!

I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. TANNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING DIDN'T JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THAT WAS GOLD STAR #1. HE TALKED TO ME LIKE A PERSON AND AGAIN LISTENED TO ME AND DIDN'T RUSH TO MAKE A SALE. GOLD STAR#2. HE FOUND A SUV THAT WAS WHAT I WAS DESCRIBING AND THEN SOME. 2021 HONDA CRV. WE TOOK IT FOR A DRIVE AND IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 1ST CAR DRIVEN AS MOST SALESPEOPLE END UP BRINGING ME VEHICLES THAT I DON'T WANT BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE. I NEEDED TO TAKE TIME AND WORK OUT SOMETHINGS WITH ANOTHER MEMBER OF MY HOUSEHOLD BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION AND TANNER AND HIS CREW WERE UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THAT AND DIDN'T PRESSER ME AND HERASS ME. THEY ALLOWED ME TO GO HOME AND TAKE CARE OF WHAT I NEEDED TOO. FAST FORWARD TO THE NEXT DAY, I WENT BACK AFTER WORK AND MADE THE FINAL DEAL. THEY WORKED WITH ME NOT ONLY ON A PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL LEVEL BUT ON A FINACIAL LEVEL AS WELL. THEY KEPT MY PAYMENTS WHERE I NEEDED THEM AND MY INTEREST LOW! AGAIN THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED! (PEORIA FORD IF YOU SEE THIS MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET RETRAINED BY THEM) THEY ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NOT ABOUT BEING PUSHY ON A SALE. 2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. This is our second compass limited .we had a 2018 limited and everything about it was great . We just bought a 2022 Compass Limited and it is even better than the 2018 . The accereration has improved . The interior and exterior is gorgeous . This one has heated and cooled seats ,every electronic option it can park itself and drive itself although u r supposed to have your hands on the wheel . Great 10.5 in touchscreen with nav and a moonroof too on top of 19 in tires . It does hve a pending software upgrade on the radio and it has a servce bulletin on the cruise control module . Everything else great . No recalls . We bought it used for $30.5 k with 5000 mi on it . LOTTA CAR FOR THE MONEY . WE LUV IT

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.
