From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.
Today was an amazing day. Truthfully speaking, I walked into Off Lease with little hope of purchasing a car today. My credit is poor and is in the midst of being repaired. I do have a moderate income and a trustworthy career that I got into debt working hard to establish. However, my previous car had many issues and I began to worry about safety for my children. Today I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by smiling faces. Still half asleep I walked in partially disheveled from long shifts the last few days. From the front desk woman, to being happy that my saleswoman was female a sweet demeanor, to the friendly sales manager who promptly introduced himself and assured me where there's a will theres a way. I arrived at about 10 am and left at 230 PM in enough time to see my children's surprised and smiling faces when they saw our new 2018 Dodge Charger. Jade my saleswoman made all the difference. First and foremost, she explained the process and helped me get set up with a test drive. She reassured me that it was worth trying to apply for financing because Off Lease has many banks that help approve clients. I went with it and to my surprise I was approved. Armando the financial manager worked his best to get me a fair rate and ensured I got all the services needed to protect my investment. I am very please especially that the process was so well organized so that I could drop my children to school drive to OL (1 hour) and get out by 2:30 to get them by 330. The whole process from start to finish was 6.5 hours. Not bad for financing compared to most places. Thank you all for your attention, assertiveness, empathy, and compassion!!!! Especially Ms. Jade:) I would highly reccomend and this is the fourth car purchased in my family from Off Lease!
I went to Offlease on my Brother's recommendation. He purchased a Lexus and a Toyota from them in the past. Never expected such an honest, straight forward, customer oriented experience. This is not the typical used car dealership we are all familiar with. I don't know of any place that would provide you with carfax reports on every vehicle. And if that's not enough they even have a "true car" inspection performed detailing damage previously sustained (even if it had been repaired). You can test drive as many cars as you wish (and believe me I did). Finally they'll even let you take the car the your mechanic (although I never did cause I trusted them so much I didn't feel like I needed to). My sales rep, Jared, was always professional from the time I spoke to him on the phone to the final handshake. My mom and I were there the entire afternoon till closing looking at cars, taking test drives and asking questions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. This is amazing because Jared apparently made 3 sales that day and not once did I feel neglected or rushed. He coordinated all aspects of the sale and followed up with service that was beyond my expectations (more on this later). Toby did my trade-in appraisal and the $500 he gave me for my 13 years young manual Chevy HHR was what I had hoped to get (and probably more than what it was really worth). The clutch was questionable, it always required two ignitions to start, and it had 190K miles. Bottom line, I am very happy with the value I got for my trade in. Toby could have been a jerk, he never made fun of my ride or gave me some hardball appraisal tactic. He simply stated the issues he found with my car and gave me his professional appraisal. Thanks! Well, eventually we had to get the paperwork done to make the sale official and Albert made it easy. He tried to sell me the extended warranty but was never pushy about it. He explained the papers I was signing and did it all quickly because he was extremely organized. We ran into a problem, I didnt have my title with me and GMAC didn't remove the lien on my car even though my trade in was paid off. Long story short, I finished the trade in after I already purchased the car off their lot. I was concerned that they would try to decrease my trade in value for my old HHR but they were true to their word and gave me $500 plus $30 (for the tax I would have saved had I did the trade in on the day of sale). Seriously, that's unbelievable! What really impressed me most was how they (thanks Stephanie even though I never met you in person) took care of me even after I purchased the Caravan. So the Caravan that my Mom chose had a strange vibration during my test drive. They had their mechanic check it out and they told me it was the rear tires. Well, they promised me they'd replace the tires at no charge. Problem was their service department was very busy and backed up for days. They wouldn't be able to change my tires until 5 days after my purchase. Wait a second... I only have 5 days to return this car. Sounds suspicious right? Nope! They emailed me a voucher that I could take to any PepBoys to have the rear tires replaced at my convenience. Are you kidding me?! So I took it to PepBoys, they changed out the rear Michellin to new Michellin (not some cheap crap) tires and now the car I just bought rides as smooth as it should. Guys thanks for this amazing car buying experience. You have earned yourself a customer for life.
I ended up leaving with more than I went in for. Justin (Just-in-time) presented me with an option I could not turn down! I was very apprehensive the entire time. As most, I have a hard time trusting car sales people. I got an unbelievably priced SUV with low millage. I looked at multiple cars and a CarFax report were presented for each one of them. My car payment is less than my previous car payment. In spite of the fact that I had already agreed to the interest rate they had offered me... they dropped the numbers by two when the paperwork was given for signatures! I test drove my car from Pompano to Hollywood and back! This is a stand up place. I couldn't be more excited about my car! I don't think I'll have a need to return here and update my review! I am MORE than satisfied at this point and I feel this place is trustworthy.
Hi my name is Nikki I was at Off Lease Only Yesterday And I purchased my Nissan Altima 2017car.my salesperson person was Matt. He's a very nice guy very ambitious. I was between Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima car. the minute I saw Nissan Altima I was in love instantly I said sign me up the good thing that I love about Matt is the fact that he's not only a salesperson he's there to help me with what I want I went to a lot of dealership and all they care about was making the sale and pushing things on me😡 even though I didn't really like those car, but when I went to Off Lease Only I did not have that feelings he listen to my needs he listen to my concern he know I was in a budget and I wasn't planning on going over my budget and a next good thing he said to me was if you're going to get the car you have to make sure you're really like the car because you're going to be making payment for the next five to six years and when you're making that payment you have to feel good in yourself that you made the right decision don't get the car to please me get a car to please yourself because at the end of the day I want you to be happy I want you to be satisfied with the decision you make and he was right 😘. Because most sales person only care about making a sale he did not push anything on me or force me to get something that he know I wasn't comfortable with. That was very nice very, very respectful I love that I feel very happy with the decision I make I love my car and I'm going to be happy making the payment for the next 6 years because guess what it's in my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for thank you Matt for helping me make the right decision all the best. And also the finance person Robert was also great he told me about the benefit of having gap insurance and also buying additional warranty and I was pleased.

I purchased a BMW 2013 convertible from Haims Motors, sight unseen. I had seen the car online and called Gustavo. He face-timed me and showed me the car, he made sure to point out any flaws and it felt like I was actually there checking out the car myself. From start of the purchasing process to finish, Gustavo is wonderful, very helpful and patient. And he's not pushy at all. After I put some money down, he personally took the car in to a mechanic and had it checked. He called the trucking company to arrange delivery to me here in Michigan. I was a little nervous buying the car unseen. On top of that, I paid for the car in full and was afraid that I would not get my car and would lose my money. But nope, Gustavo stayed late the night the truck came after 9 pm to make sure my car was loaded and ready. He even texted me a picture of the car being loaded onto the trailer!!
