I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication with what was the issue with my car. Nancy handled everything with my extended warranty. This experience was actually one of the best I've had at a dealership period. I like the fact she didn't BS around and take advantage, rather she was honest and forthcoming with what I can expect. Great experience :)
Steven was an amazing salesman. The second we got out of our car he was there ,seemed to be on a break eating an icy ...which he dropped immediately and helped us . The process was smooth and he kept us informed all the way . The only thing I would improve on is getting into the final stage of signing ( we waited over 2 hours ). But overall great experience. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Ok!! So I am 25 years old and single!!! (Ladies!?!) Now we got that out of the way below is my personal experience. So, my friend and I stopped by to use the bathroom and kick some tires at this dealership one evening. When soon after arrival a lady (Margaret) stopped us wanting to know what we were looking for this evening. Which I quickly responded "I'm looking for a Lamborghini but found out that they cost more than $30,000, so I'm looking for a truck". So after a few minutes she showed us some trucks that were in my price range. (Time lapse) Within an hour I was sitting in a chair buying a truck that was in my price range. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Mostly because I was joking with everyone. ***SIDE NOTE*** They have a cat in the facility and parking lot that they rescued!!! The cat is awesome and super friendly, and to be honest I think that's another reason I bought the truck!!! I wish more people and companies would be like this dealership!!! PS: I'm not a crazy cat person!

Excellent staff, from the salesman, sales manager, finance, and the people that greet you at the door. Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. They also provided me with consistent updating on the build and shipping of the new vehicle. John Cauble and Scott Spainhour were excellent in obtaining financing for me at my preferred source and they matched warranty quotes on my extended warranty. The entire team worked in harmony together to assist one another as I progressed through this process. Everyone was energetic and professional the entire time. What a great team Hendrick has ! Thank you !!! I had brought my used Jeep about 2 weeks prior. I later found out something was leaking in my passenger floor. I called and they told me to come right in... not only did they fix my issue (sills were leaking) but they put me in a rental, kept in touch, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. That???s just the service team. I also had some amazing people who helped with my car buying experience. They were all very patient with me and answered the many questions I asked over and over
Ant'Juane "Peanut" Baul did a fantastic job, making my family and I feel important at Bob Moore. Took us a little while to come to a compromise on the deal of the my brand new 2500 RAM. I wanted a truck that I can be proud to keep for several years, and I believe this is the one to do it.
Drew was fantastic and helped me get into the truck that was better than I could have ever imagined!!!

We have now purchased our second new vehicle from Jeff Belzer's Lakeville. After purchasing a new Dodge Charger in 2014 and being extremely happy with how we were treated and the deal we got, when it was time to look for another new vehicle (a Kia Niro - a VERY different vehicle than the Charger!) we checked with Jeff Belzer's again. Their price on the Niro couldn't be beat, was $1700+ better than the dealer 30 miles from us and make the 3 hour drive from Iowa quite worthwhile. Our salesman, Bob Burke, was very helpful, responsive and all around great to work with. We essentially outlined a deal via e-mail and Bob and the team at Jeff Belzer's didn't waiver from it when we arrived. We'll be back!
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
