My family and I just recently relocated from Maryland to Tennessee.Since I purchased my Honda Accord, I’ve only taken it to the dealership’s service center and my expectations were pretty high. My initial greeting from Eddie, my service representative, was inviting and appreciative. I arrived first thing (7 AM), he was eagerly ready to answer any questions that I had and located my appointment online quickly. The waiting area was clean and spacious. I appreciated the accommodations like coffee, light snacks, shuttle station and the device charging station. I greatly appreciated the charging station because if I needed to do some work I would be able to charge my laptop, phone, etc. I was impressed with the speed of service that entailed a transmission flush, oil change, tire rotation as well as wheel alignment. Prices for the services were reasonable. I left feeling good about my first experience at Economy Honda, I will be returning for future services and care of my Honda Accord.
