I was dreading the whole process. I hadn't purchased a new car in 10 years. Everyday someone would give me advice, "walk out", "know exactly what you want", "be prepared to go to 10 dealerships", "this is how you'll be spending every weekend for the next month".... I walked into Rockland jeep just wanting to compare the trunk space in the 2 and 4 door wranglers. Perry asked me if I needed help, I told him right off the bat I was not planning to make a move for at least a few days. Despite that, Perry walked me around the lot, showed me every single difference between each and every jeep they had in stock, and assured me if they didn't have what I wanted (when I was ready to make the move) he would do it. He took me out on test drives, looked for inventory in other stores, gave me his honest opinion, and negotiated in a very friendly, non agressive manner. I knew at that point that I wanted to buy a car from him and Rockland Jeep. He spent hours with me, and at the end of the day we made a "soft deal" on a 2016 wrangler Sahara unlimited. He told me to take my time and to let him know what I decided, no pressure. Perry introduced me to Jay the money man, who worked hard to get the best rate possible.There was no doubt in my mind when I got home that I was taking that deal. I called Jay on Tuesday to tell him let's go for it and on Wednesday I was on my way home in my new Sahara. I can honestly say Perry was just as excited as I was when he handed over the keys. It was an amazing experience. I truly felt like I was buying from a long time friend or family member. I will absolutely recommend Rockland Jeep to anyone who asks and point them towards Perry for all their vehicle needs. ths financial part (which lets be real, it's the worst) was not awful as Jay made it as quick and easy as possible. Their hard work, attention to detail, and non aggressive negotiating tactics earn them a 10! I will absolutely be back again!
So I got an offer from White Plains Chrystler Jeep Dodge for a 2018 JL Sahara Wrangler. The offer was invoice price. Rockland CJD matched the offer and beat it by $667. I actually got more options on the Jeep i got at the Rockland dealership than what i was going to get at the White Plains dealership such as remote entry and the painted hardtop. Chris Trois was very helpful throughout the process. It was the best experience I???ve had purchasing a brand new car so far. I can???t recommend them enough.
Everyone involved (Art, Jose & Justo) very professional and curtious. Art knew the car we wanted and between him and Jose negotiated a great price / finance option and Justo finalized everything with a excellent extended warranty. All in all the best car buying experience I???ve ever had, no nonsense, no haggling, no BS.
Im 42 years now and I'm old enough to know what a car buying experience should be. I work in sales and understand "spin, quick talk and incentive". At the end of the day, a sale should be made on 1 point - Honesty. Precision did an amazing job. They did EXACTLY what they said they would. They were honest, they were upfront and they didn't jerk us around. John was our salesman. He made the process very comfortable and easy. I would recommend John to anyone. The benefit to working with John was he made the process not at all like we were being hustled or scammed. My oldest son will be driving in about 4 years. Maybe if he has enough money, we'll send him down there. Again, a great experience and Precision gets a GOLD STAR!

I did not buy a car or truck from Franklin Sussex Jeep but was considering trying them out for service. When my pre-owned 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door had some challenges with the heating system and what I perceived was premature valve tapping sounds for a Jeep with 80K miles on it I took it to them for a free estimate and review. They diagnosed the tapping as some rockers and lifters that needed replacement which they were able to cover under the original power train warranty. The heating system was going to be dramatic, replace the heater core and other work along with it. They did some work under powertrain warranty and then got the factory involved because there is some history with jeeps of this age needing premature heater core replacement which we had noted bringing it in. They were able to get the factory to authorize funding a partial replacement ($500) towards the work. In the end, I feel the sevice manager and his team went above and beyond for someone coming in that did not buy the truck from them and was just looking for a good service experience. I felt they were fair in how they charged. We are very satisfied with how FS Jeep handled everything.
